Fraud!! Loot!!fake!! This company is a big fraud...all these reviews are self made and frausters!! All the usa and uk people who have very less knwoledge about xomputer become victim of these fraudy people.... They show you fake virus page on your screen make you believe the virus is real and thug loot you... World is not good as it looks like..BEAWARE!!

My technician was Sebastian Nelson What I didn't realize until after I posted this review was that the service was not provided by Microsoft. When I contacted Microsoft later, I discovered that they did not post the message I first saw on the"Microsoft Website Screen". Apparently there was a phone number imposed on the onscreen notice which was NOT Microsoft but another service. Microsoft, the Real Corporation, indicted they hadn't been the agency whose number had appeared on the warning notice, but resolved the problem for 10% of what the imposter did. Be forewarned! Something is amiss here.

An excellent choice.. Spoke and dealt with Nick regarding my iPhone issue, he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with all things iPhone. Will definitely return if I have other issues.
