He wanted me to pay the money in Bitcoins within 24 hours or he would release all my personal data to all my contacts. Tim was very empathetic towards my issue and extremely helpful in reassuring me that it would not occur again. I was very impressed with his professionalism but above all his knowledge and his attention to detail .
