I worked with Tim today on an issue… I worked with Tim today on an issue that was very disturbing to me as I received an email in which I was threatened and being extorted for a large sum of money. He wanted me to pay the money in Bitcoins within 24 hours or he would release all my personal data to all my contacts. Tim was very empathetic towards my issue and extremely helpful in reassuring me that it would not occur again. I was very impressed with his professionalism but above all his knowledge and his attention to detail . He asked me throughout if I had questions, all of which he answered in language I could understand. He is an excellent service provider with a lot of kindness and patience.
