I worked with Tim today on an issue… I worked with Tim today on an issue that was very disturbing to me as I received an email in which I was threatened and being extorted for a large sum of money. He wanted me to pay the money in Bitcoins within 24 hours or he would release all my personal data to all my contacts. Tim was very empathetic towards my issue and extremely helpful in reassuring me that it would not occur again. I was very impressed with his professionalism but above all his knowledge and his attention to detail . He asked me throughout if I had questions, all of which he answered in language I could understand. He is an excellent service provider with a lot of kindness and patience. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who experiences a similar problem.

BuzzTech Expert fixed my old computer. BuzzTech Expert corrected my crashed computer, found a source of the problem, then their tech took control of my computer, cleaned the virus', loaded new protection. Even though I am hard of hearing, they repeated questions and instructions, so that it is now functional again. It now works somewhat differently, I should get used to it. Most importantly, BuzzTech has gotten my back into operation.

Is BuzztechExpert at 1-800-785-1947 still in business… Called BuzztechExpert at 1-800-785-1947 five times on 8/9 and resulted in hang up each and every time. Called again on 8/26 and got two hang up. I have a second number given to me in 2017 of 1-800-680-1574 and got busy signals both times. Is this company still in business or did they just charge me for 5 years of service and then fail to honor their agreement? This conduct gives internet businesses a terrible name.

Computer virus issues. BuzzTech Expert was extremely helpful with my first computer virus. The tech was very helpful and explained in detail each step in the process. I would highly recommend them for any computer issues. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. Great job and thank you.

Never been treated so rudely I previously had provided an excellent rating for Buzz Tech Warrnambool . However last week I was provided the worst customer experience from what turns out to be the owner of the business . I had arrived just after 1.30 to take advantage of the free battery offer. The lass serving me asked if I wanted a new screen saver and asked was I able to obtain the 30% offer on accessories that was valid to 1.30 . The owner said did you read the conditions rudely . I said I had but he said to staff in my presence that there are no exceptions. I suggested that it is probably good to be a little flexible with good long term customers which resulted in a tirade of rudeness from the bloke that I was already getting a free battery and that this promotion had costed him $30000 .I said that was his decision ! Given his anger and rudeness I asked for the phone back and said not to worry about the new battery to which he replied take it and never come back ! That certainly won't be a problem . Even his staff looked gobsmacked at his behaviour. I'm a 70 year old and have never seen such disgraceful customer service .
