BuzzTech Expert fixed my old computer. BuzzTech Expert corrected my crashed computer, found a source of the problem, then their tech took control of my computer, cleaned the virus', loaded new protection. Even though I am hard of hearing, they repeated questions and instructions, so that it is now functional again. It now works somewhat differently, I should get used to it. Most importantly, BuzzTech has gotten my back into operation.

SCAM! Buzztechexpert is not a company but a blackmail scam disguised as internet security. DO NOT ALLOW THEM REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER! They are scammers from India. They write fake reviews and post them here. If you do not believe me just google the number they use 1-800-785-1947 and you will see other reports by people buzztechexpert have scammed. If you allow them remote access to your computer they will plant their own malware and charge you for this "service."
