USNo Refund After all the trouble, Jason Ventura making the mistake of putting the wrong address, the Freight being lost. And now pc Nation wont give me a refund, when they have the money. They now have made another mistake of thinking they sent me a refund, when in fact it was sent back to them. What is this some bureaucratic bullsh**t. Just pay me what is mine. I hope this reflects what kind of business this is! I am only a consumer who payed 3 thousand for a printer, never received a printer, and now lost three thousand dollars. Buyers beware, this only helps major corporations like Amazon to stomp over small business that obviously don't have any kind of satisfactory customer service.

USHorrible customer service Never received tracking number three weeks after purchase. Contacted the company everyday (some days more than one call was made) for over a week with no resolution. Was told numerous times they would call me back. No one EVER called me. People I spoke to said they were having issues with communications with the distribution center. Not sure how a company can have problems with the same order and communications with another department for three weeks. I will never do business with them again

USShipping is very fast of PCNation Shipping is very fast of PCNation. I Ordered Lenovo Laptop on this virtual Store. I got this laptop in a very reasonable price with a fast shipping service. When I purchased a laptop I was confused that, whether this laptop will running okay or not. But within months after using this machine I am satisfied now because the laptop is running very well without any problem.

USOur new high speed scanner was received… Our new high speed scanner was received right away (2-3 days max from order) with no issues whatsoever. We have always had success with this vendor over the years.

USOne package did not arrive until two… One package did not arrive until two days after order. I paid for next day shipping. My boss however made me go pick up the cable at the FedEx office because it arrived 1 day late and the plant was closed that day. Not sure why two little cables were in separate shipments. Other that that the cables work fine and all else on this transaction was excellent.
