USFine Experience Selection, pricing and shipping were as promised. Fine follow up and communication throughout delivery. Sadly, the unit would not power up, and so I'm getting a replacement directly from the manufacturer, but this was NOT the fault of PC Nation.

USI received a telephone call from a… I received a telephone call from a young man (in Chicago) clarifying if I was aware that the toner cartridges (that come with machine) are not "full" cartridges. He thinking that I had many people printing to the machine. After I explained our printing "load", he understood that I understood why he had called and that I was aware that I would need to be order cartridges soon. He was correct in that most people don't realize the toner cartridges are sample cartridges and not as full as the replacements would be. Thanks for checking, shows good customer service intentions by the company.

USI found a great product on PC Nation's … I found a great product on PC Nation's website, however I was fooled by the pictures posted. I was looking for a specific backpack which was depicted in the item listing online but I failed to look farther down in the fine print to see that it was a different model than the one that was pictured. The title of the listing was too vague to include the specific model as well so I thought I was getting the one I originally sought out for. The price was great though so all said and done the purchase was worth it. I would just say that PC Nation should do a better job of accurately describing and providing correct product pictures for their item listings.

USFirst order went ok First order went ok. They had to call and verify me - that was done quickly and the associate was very nice. Items said they were in stock and I chose expedited shipping. That's where things seemed to get shaky. I had to inquire as to where my order was - never got an actual reply, but finally got tracking # a week later (ordered 1/9, tracking e-mail 1/17, items arrived 1/18). So got the items, but communication could have been much better and 5 business days to ship seems excessive for in stock items.
