No Product, No Answers Ordered on 1/19. Was informed on the 25th that there was a holiday and my order would be shipped by the 28th. It's 2/2 and my order hasn't been updated nor shipped. Any reply has taken 2-3 days to happen. Update: Asked for a refund on 2/3 thru Afteray AND Heyybox. Got it immediately the next day. Don't know which way helped, but I'm glad to get my money back.

Light constantly blinks I love my phone case but I’m having trouble keeping the light off when I want it off, I press the button in the back but they after I set it down or just tap on the screen, it turns on again. It also seems to blink when listening to music, great feature but I would like to turn the light off and keep it off on my own terms I guess you could say? Besides that, it’s beautiful and very sturdy!

Nothing Came I never received my item. If this e-mail is a sign that my case came and you expect an honest review of it, then all I can say is that it has not come. Update: I still have not received the item yet, however the team's utilization of customer services and the reviews shows that they both look at the feedback and do care about the input. I will update once I get the item, yet this level of engagement alone is enough to change my review preemptively.

Can’t charge case I ordered two phone cases, both came in looking great, art is beautiful but my only problem is i got the wrong charger, it doesn’t plug to a wall or usb (i use iphone) , i tried to get help but no one got back to me. I also believe the lights are supposed to turn on when music plays? mine doesn’t though
