Nothing Came I never received my item. If this e-mail is a sign that my case came and you expect an honest review of it, then all I can say is that it has not come. Update: I still have not received the item yet, however the team's utilization of customer services and the reviews shows that they both look at the feedback and do care about the input. I will update once I get the item, yet this level of engagement alone is enough to change my review preemptively.

I can’t wait for more art work or anime to be on these cases. I got a case that was not working properly and contacted heyybox on Facebook and they got back to me asap, on there business hours. He help me figure out the problem and now I’m super satisfied. Very good customer services.

I ordered my phone case for $60 I ordered my phone case for $60, paid for expedited shipping which I did receive it within 2 weeks, once I received it and put it on my phone, plastic was cheap for being $60 but not a deal breaker until I put it on my phone and the Lock Screen button on the case was to low, everything else was perfect but the button being to low made the case unusable so I messaged support and waited a day for a response and they told me to take a picture of it…. I ask how I’m supposed to take a picture of the side of my phone with the case on with my phone, wait 2 days and they ask if I can use a mirror, I ask how I’m supposed to use a mirror to get a picture of a clear case with the part that’s faulty on the side of my phone and they stopped responding, I used two different ways to try to get help with my case that was cheap plastic priced at $60 and they refused to help unless I got them an impossible picture. Would not recommend, find a local spot that does custom cases with higher quality product.
