GBExcellent cases and customer service! My husband and I have purchased cases a few times from this company. Shipping can take awhile as it’s coming from another country and tracking isn’t always reliable internationally, but we’ve always received our cases. We’ve loved every case and they last quite a long time. We had an issue with our last order and it was promptly rectified. Customer service was excellent! The cases are a huge hit everywhere we go we get asked about them and tell everyone where we got them! Love love them and will continue to purchase!

GBA company that cares about their customers I purchased 2 phone case from Heyybox and I had issues with one of them due to the connection port to the phone just not connecting right. I contacted the company and they were so kind, quick to respond and absolutely hassle free. They sent me a replacement phone case with out any questions asked and even sent me some additional gifts with the replacement. My experience with them was one of THE BEST and I highly recommend this company. Definitely made me a customer for life with their great service and wonderful products! I look forward to purchasing from them again!

GBNothing Came I never received my item. If this e-mail is a sign that my case came and you expect an honest review of it, then all I can say is that it has not come. Update: I still have not received the item yet, however the team's utilization of customer services and the reviews shows that they both look at the feedback and do care about the input. I will update once I get the item, yet this level of engagement alone is enough to change my review preemptively.
