Can’t charge case I ordered two phone cases, both came in looking great, art is beautiful but my only problem is i got the wrong charger, it doesn’t plug to a wall or usb (i use iphone) , i tried to get help but no one got back to me. I also believe the lights are supposed to turn on when music plays? mine doesn’t though

Shipping took almost an entire month Shipping took almost an entire month, live east coast US. The tracking is abysmal, customer service just repeats, "Its coming don't worry, be there soon, will be ok friend" Finally arrived and the artwork is stellar but the quality of the case is not a 40+ dollar case quality, its cheap, it probably won't protect your phone unless it falls only backside down, edges are flimsy and its like a rubber film that keeps your phone secure, that has already stretched out and looks worn after one time on and off. Literally one time, have had the case for 5 hrs. Artwork is stellar back of the case is great, but the overall quality is lacking and should probably look elsewhere for a solid case with good artwork, these anime cases are popping up everywhere so look around, LED gimmick not worth a cheap case. Also, only iPhone can get the one where you don't have to unplug case and plug in your charger every time you want to charge it if you're not a wireless charger.

I honestly don't know why I see all… I honestly don't know why I see all that bad and hateful reviews. They have great service I ordered 2 cases they had a bogo offer when I submitted my payment I accidentally put in wrong shipping address I emailed them and replied less than a day saying no problem they will fix it. I got my shipment on time as predicted since it does ship across the country and works like a charm. The lights go off when ever I tap on my phone or play music or any sound will trigger the lights to go off. Most of all beautiful art on the case

Charger cable fail - corrected The case came in a reasonable amount of time however the charger that comes with it neither plugs into the wall or has a usb option. As an iPhone user getting an charger that is magnetic to android adapter is a huge fail. All new cords will have to be ordered to see if the product works as advertised. 🤨 Edit.. the company sent me a new data cable and it works great! Thank you for the follow up. Hopefully there will be a future option on the website on what cable users prefer before shipping. Thank you again. 👍
