GBI love the actual case and I would have… I love the actual case and I would have given 4 stars, however there were 2 things that I didn't like about my experience. The first was that I was supposed to get 40% off because this was my first order and I didn't. The second thing was the time it took for me to receive it. It took 2 weeks to get to me. However, I do understand the issues with shipping and supply chain issues that are plaguing everyone right now.

GBQuality Case - Responsive Customer Service These phone cases are legit. I feel safe having their case wrapping around my new $1k phone. The styles are amazing and the colors really pop. I will be using them again in the future. Initially did have an issue with my shipment, but their customer service responded immediately and remedied the situation promptly. Buy with confidence!

GBOrdered on Saturday, shipped 5 days later!? Ordered on Saturday. Paid for expedited shipping. Label created next Wednesday? Five days from ordered to shipped. Don't expect replies to customer service emails, or anything approaching quick shipping, even if you pay for it. Love their cases but... not good for an ecommerce company.

GBOrdered two cases & two click-it’s &… Ordered two cases & two click-it’s & love the quality, only issue I noticed is the click-it’s are printed upside down. The image was faced the right way but the click it appeared to be upside-down once attached to the case and opened. Could be a design flaw!
