I have waited and waited for my order… I have waited and waited for my order and paid for expedited shipping. Messaged them 3 times. I just want a refund.

Slow delivery, questionable fit, great customer service Slow delivery (took one month to receive) poor quality) product, when I press the power button with the case on it would only turn on or off intermittently. I regret my purchase. (Edit) The company reached out and offered me another case, I requested a refund due to the fact that I had already purchased another case. I'll post a final update with the outcome. Customer support was very helpful in processing my refund. I felt like they understand my concerns and wanted my return business, so we're quick to process my return, alternatively they offered to provide a replacement item just I'm case the previous item was a defective. I opened for a refund which was processed timely. Thank you qcases. I would do business with you again. 😊

First Time Buyer I ordered the Mix-Tape cases for the pure nostalgia! This being my first time ordering from Qases I was a bit nervous trying out a new brand. I have been pleasantly surprised with the cases I received. I received them in a timely manner and they look great on my iPhone! The cases feel very solid and give my phone the feel of complete protection that I don’t worry about it breaking! I am definitely a happy customer!!!

I have still not gotten my case yet it… I have still not gotten my case yet it has been almost 20 days with express shipping and I know things can happen but I emailed them and I haven't even gotten written back. I have them the benefit of the doubt but by this point I have pretty much given up on them.

I love this case I love this case. It is beautiful with rice colors. My black magnetic piece blends in perfectly with the black at the top. (for attaching to magnet in car for viewing phone from the air vents for GPS). Great protection. Only issue is it makes the Google Pixel 6 Pro glass protector pop off so I just use a Google Pixel 6 glass protector instead. It's rugged and seems like it will take a fall with no issues. Received in about a week from when ordered.
