I love the actual case and I would have… I love the actual case and I would have given 4 stars, however there were 2 things that I didn't like about my experience. The first was that I was supposed to get 40% off because this was my first order and I didn't. The second thing was the time it took for me to receive it. It took 2 weeks to get to me. However, I do understand the issues with shipping and supply chain issues that are plaguing everyone right now.

Just having the nostalgic cover looking… Just having the nostalgic cover looking like a VHS tape. As a systems admin it fits my personality. And the fact that it was custom with my name means people will know whos phone it is if I loose it.

Ordered on Saturday, shipped 5 days later!? Ordered on Saturday. Paid for expedited shipping. Label created next Wednesday? Five days from ordered to shipped. Don't expect replies to customer service emails, or anything approaching quick shipping, even if you pay for it. Love their cases but... not good for an ecommerce company.

Just recieved my cotton candy cloud… Just recieved my cotton candy cloud case and what's even cooler is its a biodegradable phone case! It looks cool, feels cool and looks great on my Galaxy S21. Thanks again guys for making me a very happy customer! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 never going anywhere else for my phone cases that's for sure!

I paid for expedited shipping I paid for expedited shipping - it took days to process my order. Then when it supposedly had shipped, it actually didn’t. I contacted customer service, while pleasant they weren’t overly concerned with my order (which at that point still wasn’t tracking 10 days later), the response to my inquiry was slow, and it took repeated inquires on my part to get any answers or action. I’m highly disappointed.
