Great customer service Judging from the picture, I thought the case I ordered was translucent. It was not. Disappointing. However, Jamie from Qases went out of her way to make an exception and refund my money even though I purchased it at a discount. Much appreciated.

I paid for expedited shipping I paid for expedited shipping - it took days to process my order. Then when it supposedly had shipped, it actually didn’t. I contacted customer service, while pleasant they weren’t overly concerned with my order (which at that point still wasn’t tracking 10 days later), the response to my inquiry was slow, and it took repeated inquires on my part to get any answers or action. I’m highly disappointed.

Excellent phone cases!! Excellent phone cases!!! I ordered one for my wife & myself. The ability to customize our cases was exactly what we were looking for. I wish you had more cases that could be customized. We'll probably order new cases in the future. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the whole process and the finished products.
