APP DOES NOT WORK I paid for app and installed on target phone and I have tried to get data on the phone but it says something went wrong. It says that on everyone I press. I emailed support but I havent heard back from them. I'm very disappointed with it. It sounded like a great program but so far it's not. I will update if I hear back. UPDATE: I still HAVE NOT received any reply from support but they reported my post to get it taken down. If you address customer problems you wouldn't have to report bad reviews. I went back on app just now and now when I press get data it says successfully retrieved data but nothing shows. I just want to get a refund at this point.

They're many scammers They're many scammers, they will give you an excuse asking you to pay more money, they have ripped me of $1800, i promised i will expose them. I figured it all out when my colleague took me to Hack Wisdom (wizardcyber25atgmailcom or whatsapp +1 913 308 1303 ), He hacked all accounts ranging from (Emails, Call logs, Whatsapp, Snapchat, Facebook, imo, Skype, Instagram, Phone cloning, DMV removal, tracking locations, background checks Kik etc. he also hacks cell phone tapping and cloning, clears bad driving and criminal records, bank transfers, locates missing individuals e.t.c. Contact him and please stop using contacts you see on websites to execute jobs for you, you can ask around to find a real hacker

ITS A SCAM.......... I found the features too good to be true. Call recording and surround sound recording... live screen capture - they are incredibly potent. Chatted with the "Chat Now" window, and the response was good... they answered all queries. The moment I purchased and had the target device in hand.. these online chatting support guys disappeared. Installed the APK........ apart from the SMS dump, which was present in the device at the time, nothing else came on screen. I struggled for two hours with these people, and thereafter since last week. Response ZERO. I SUSPECT THIS WHOLE BLURSPY IS A SCAM. IT MUST NEVER WORK. ELSE THE SUPPORT TEAM WOULD NOT HAVE ACTED LIKE THUGS. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS. HAVE SENT EMAILS... DEMANDED REFUND.............. NOPES... ZERO RESPONSE. DO NOT FALL PRAY TO THIS SCAM. I ALSO HAD READ GOOD REVIEW BEFORE BURNING MY $58 ( POST 50 DISCOUNT ON THE WITH TAX FIGURE) AND THESE GUYS GULPED IT. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL THE URGE... BEFORE PAYMENT... ASK FOR A DEMO ON YOUR OWN MOBILE AND SEE IF THIS THING EVER WORKS.

Do not waist your MONEY The company starting is great, the chat answered all my questions sounded like just what I was looking for until I bought it the service. Had phone in hand like install instructions said waiting for my log in credentials (activation key) so I could get started and they never emailed it so I contacted them per Email and chat on website and no response until around 10 hours later I got my sign-in credentials and get the app installed and log in to the dashboard and nothing tried to test it out and no data was ever sent the next day looked to see if it just took some time get things going and still nothing. Emailed the company that morning they email back about 6 hrs later to tell me to Turn off my antivirus on my phone and it will start to work. I email them back immediately telling them that I don't have an antivirus on the phone and where I am familiar with a few spy apps and how to install them properly I told them everything else I did like optimizing the battery and not putting the app to sleep when not in use and so on so they couldn't keep emailing me with the maybe its this or that problem and waited for a response even tried the chat on the website she responded to send me your email so I can help you and that what the last thing I received from them. When I try talking with them it is marked as seen and then ignored I waited till the next day and sent a chat and an email requesting a refund and have not heard anything since
