Have left numerous messages to their support but am totally ignored. The live chat feature on their website boasts that chats are answered immediately - no chance. Avoid this software scam at all costs.

It's excellent with its features and price I never thought this BlurSPY app would be so good. It's excellent with its features and price, and works very well & smooth. And also if you want to get a discount for the service just contact their live chat, I am more than satisfied! Full stars from my end.

APP DOES NOT WORK I paid for app and installed on target phone and I have tried to get data on the phone but it says something went wrong. It says that on everyone I press. I emailed support but I havent heard back from them. I'm very disappointed with it. It sounded like a great program but so far it's not. I will update if I hear back. UPDATE: I still HAVE NOT received any reply from support but they reported my post to get it taken down. If you address customer problems you wouldn't have to report bad reviews. I went back on app just now and now when I press get data it says successfully retrieved data but nothing shows. I just want to get a refund at this point.
