APP DOES NOT WORK I paid for app and installed on target phone and I have tried to get data on the phone but it says something went wrong. It says that on everyone I press. I emailed support but I havent heard back from them. I'm very disappointed with it. It sounded like a great program but so far it's not. I will update if I hear back. UPDATE: I still HAVE NOT received any reply from support but they reported my post to get it taken down. If you address customer problems you wouldn't have to report bad reviews. I went back on app just now and now when I press get data it says successfully retrieved data but nothing shows. I just want to get a refund at this point.

App doesn't perform as well as… App doesn't perform as well as advertised. You can read text and reports but not easily. Daily report are not sent daily to email even though it says it will send them at a certain time every day. Luck to get them twice a month. Contacting support helped nothing. ITS A SCAM.......... I found the features too good to be true. Call recording and surround sound recording... live screen capture - they are incredibly potent. Chatted with the "Chat Now" window, and the response was good... they answered all queries. The moment I purchased and had the target device in hand.. these online chatting support guys disappeared. Installed the APK........ apart from the SMS dump, which was present in the device at the time, nothing else came on screen. I struggled for two hours with these people, and thereafter since last week. Response ZERO. I SUSPECT THIS WHOLE BLURSPY IS A SCAM. IT MUST NEVER WORK. ELSE THE SUPPORT TEAM WOULD NOT HAVE ACTED LIKE THUGS. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS. HAVE SENT EMAILS... DEMANDED REFUND.............. NOPES... ZERO RESPONSE. DO NOT FALL PRAY TO THIS SCAM. I ALSO HAD READ GOOD REVIEW BEFORE BURNING MY $58 ( POST 50 DISCOUNT ON THE WITH TAX FIGURE) AND THESE GUYS GULPED IT. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL THE URGE... BEFORE PAYMENT... ASK FOR A DEMO ON YOUR OWN MOBILE AND SEE IF THIS THING EVER WORKS.

Paid for and downloaded the software Paid for and downloaded the software, which doesn't work, all the so called dashboard shows me, is the battery level of the target phone. Have left numerous messages to their support but am totally ignored. The live chat feature on their website boasts that chats are answered immediately - no chance. Avoid this software scam at all costs.
