I order on Saturday, then you hold up my order to check the "validity of the credit card" until Monday and don't send the order until Tuesday. Do you do this with all your credit card orders? By the way, I've ordered tens of thousands of dollars (really) worth of computers, printers and toner from Macmall over the years and never had this problem before.

GBWire transfer cost brought it to "regular price" It was mostly okay. They wouldn't mail it to my personal mailbox. I understand they probably don't want to deal with "fraud" by sending items only to your home only, but I don't need expensive items sitting at my door step. I came here because it was a good deal, but after paying $35 for a domestic wire transfer that I could've paid on fast delivery it wasn't a good deal anymore.

GBTerrible Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone.

GBPlaced an order November 27-Still unshipped. Christmas disappointment! Placed an order November 27, 2019. Never got an email confirmation despite payment being taken from my account. No answer when I phone in, no reply to two different emails. At this point I feel like I have bern ripped off. I will be contacting my payment provider to file a fraud claim.
