Less than Happy Customer
GBI called to return an item I called to return an item. Customer service said he would check on getting me an RA number and get back to me in a minute. Never got back to me. I'm going to try again. I spent about $2500 on my purchase and returning an unopened $12 item should not involve this amount of work on my part. Person I spoke with was also very difficult to understand - not a clear English speaker.

GBMac mall has come thru again Mac mall has come thru again. It’s been about 20-30 years since I last used Macmall to buy a PC usually a Mac. I shopped around on other computer websites and Mm discounted a brand new 2018 MacbookAir by $100 which is usually unheard of for an Apple product. The Air arrived within a short time and in excellent condition. I must say that the packaging by Apple is exemplary. I’ve never owned a laptop, so I’m enjoying this new experience and not touching the screen as on my iPad!

GBExcellent response and quality… Excellent response and quality packaging of a portable disk. There was an error in the mail status indicating the shipment was UPS ground when it was really US mail, but a quick phone call clarified the matter. Keep up the excellent customer service!

GBFirst time I have ordered from MacMall… First time I have ordered from MacMall and I have been pleasantly surprised. I ordered a refurbished HP laptop and frankly scared about the condition, but everything was terrific. The laptop arrived earlier than I expected and all was in great shape!! Very satisfied!!!

GBThey resoonded and made it right. Great company I received an email with an apology for the misunderstanding. Customer Care Representative reached out and tried to make it better. I appreciate that they took the time to make the issue/situation better. That speaks volumes for a company who prides itself on customer service. Yes i was disappointed and it doesnt change the fact that i received my product a day late. The good thing is my son was very happy and excited to recieve his birthday gift. Thank you Macmall for making things right.
