GBWas happy; unresolved issue lowers the score I am very happy with the purchase, but have had two issues: - Unit stopped working after a week; Mac Mall immediatelty replaced it with another unit, and sent it to me. - On this new unit, Windows was not activated. This issue remains unresolved. If they resolve this issue and provide a valid activation number, I will raise my score to five stars.

GBLaptop came as advertised. Works great. Virtually brand new. I purchased an HP 810 Revolve G3, rated grade A. It looks brand new. There are no scratches or dents, and the little laptop installed all the latest Windows 10 Pro updates. It is fast. I opted to replace the existing 4GB replaceable DIMM with an 8GB DIMM to get to a total of 12GB of DIMM. I loaded up the laptop with the Microsoft Office suite, and several very big games. The total space free out of the 238GB available is 192GB, so no need to go any bigger on the SSD. I also had an existing 400GB microsd card which extends the storage even further. Battery life is good, at about 6-7 hours of extensive use. The folks at Macmall are the real deal. I highly recommend this seller.

GBTerrible Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone.

GBExcellent response and quality… Excellent response and quality packaging of a portable disk. There was an error in the mail status indicating the shipment was UPS ground when it was really US mail, but a quick phone call clarified the matter. Keep up the excellent customer service!

GBMac Mall to the Rescue - No more Cable Gender Error I have shopped at MacMal ever since they went into business as MacWarehouse. Throughout that time I have had excellent service, however on my last order they made a mistake which has inconvenienced me. I ordered a USB 2 extension cable Male on one end Female on the other. They sent me a male-male cable which is of no use to me. I have contacted them about exchanging the incorrect cable for the correct Female-Male cable, but I have not received a response yet Almost immediately after I posted the above review, MacMall called me to apologize and said they would ship the correct cable today and not to worry about returning the one that was shipped by mistake. I have bought about 5 Macs and untold peripherals and software from MacMall and they have always delivered five star products and service. Their quick response to my problem illustrates their commitment to service and quality products
