GBIssue remains unaddressed Hi again. I reached out nearly a month ago to express that I did not have the link for my investor package nor do I receive info on any progress. I was admonished for only reaching out x amount of times and for where I reached out yet nothing was rectified. I still don't have either of those things I requested & my trust is whittled to none. May I have what I am due? Or uninvest me. Just don't give me anymore lip service.

GBI have all product now I am enjoying these product hunnie. I just received my Solace Glasses today and I have the completed collection of all your products. Their CS is hilarious, at least whoever I spoke with with so I was OK after speaking with them. I did have to wait about 2 days for a response but they resolved what I needed and got me a new pair of earbuds upon request. I am a user of both of this founders companies and I will continue to be, Great products and great services. -S.

GBI’ve been a customer for 3 years and I… I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I genuinely enjoy my NSPRE products. I recently purchased the Gen 2 smart glasses and I only have 1 issue. I wish you guys kept the buttons like your original models. The tap commands are fine but swiping I sometimes miss the mark or swipe the wrong way and might answer a call I intend to reject. It would be awesome if you all didn’t discontinue your Gen 1 glasses. I also ordered both the Millen & Slate. Quite honestly, I could have only purchased 1 pair and just ordered additional lenses because the two are the same— which I expressed to support. Support responded quickly and allowed me to return 1 pair of glasses and sent me the lenses only free so that I can swap out! Last thing, I love that you all made the frames smaller this time. The others fit ok but Gen 2 fits perfectly! I’ve had my new pair for 2 months now! So far, so good.

GBThese glasses provide everything I need… These glasses provide everything I need while seeing patients in clinic. The blue blocker to keep the computer screens from hurting my eyes and I am able to listen to my music since headphones are not allowed. I could not be happier with this purchase.
