USI’ve been a customer for 3 years and I… I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I genuinely enjoy my NSPRE products. I recently purchased the Gen 2 smart glasses and I only have 1 issue. I wish you guys kept the buttons like your original models. The tap commands are fine but swiping I sometimes miss the mark or swipe the wrong way and might answer a call I intend to reject. It would be awesome if you all didn’t discontinue your Gen 1 glasses. I also ordered both the Millen & Slate. Quite honestly, I could have only purchased 1 pair and just ordered additional lenses because the two are the same— which I expressed to support. Support responded quickly and allowed me to return 1 pair of glasses and sent me the lenses only free so that I can swap out! Last thing, I love that you all made the frames smaller this time. The others fit ok but Gen 2 fits perfectly! I’ve had my new pair for 2 months now! So far, so good.

USI have the Eclipse Glasses I pre-ordered the Eclipse Glasses and they are fun to wear but I like the other material from your other smart glasses much better. I also like that I can customize my lens on my other NSPR glasses. I feel like you all should re-release the eclipse lens in your older model.

JMCan I please be provided on how I can… Can I please be provided on how I can purchase a replacement screen? To reach out to this company is extrenely hard. USNspre Electronics is a scam I placed a preorder for some bluetooth glasses. April came and nothing. No emails no updates. I have sent emails and messages to them. Someone responded once and said orders are shipping out in May. Nothing received and no tracking. I have given up messaging them. I have asked for a refund and no response. The ig account has not been updated and you can not comment on the posts that are posted. Emails are being returned. So they have taken more than my money I see from reviews. It’s so hard to do business with some of the black owned companies. A ripoff.

USTakes orders and does not fulfill or respond I placed an order in March for glasses and never received any update. I've tried to contact them multiple times. I guess at some point they moved their website. I tried contacting them directly on there new sites help chat interface (NO RESPONSE). I will likely file a claim with American Express. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone trust this company.
