Takes orders and does not fulfill or respond I placed an order in March for glasses and never received any update. I've tried to contact them multiple times. I guess at some point they moved their website. I tried contacting them directly on there new sites help chat interface (NO RESPONSE). I will likely file a claim with American Express. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone trust this company.

Can I please be provided on how I can… Can I please be provided on how I can purchase a replacement screen? To reach out to this company is extrenely hard. Last week I received my final product… Last week I received my final product and I now have all 7 nspre products. I have become a huge fan without a doubt. First the shipping: I never pay for express shipping LOL but for some reason I still receive my stuff within 2 days, except my last package. I love love loveeee my glasses. I think because I never knew something like this even existed that makes me love them. These bluetooth glasses are the truth. Now I did have some problems with my nspre SD card but after 2 days they couldn't get it to connect properly so they refunded me without a issue but it wasn't a big deal since I can use another brand SD card. The NX Pro is beautiful. It's not my main phone but I have moved my business line to it and no issues there. I really like the earbuds, I only wear earbuds when I'm at the gym, but these are my go to. I am so excited and you all have gained a supporter forever.

I broke the leg on one pair and their team got me new ones with in days. As for my earbuds, I really like them but I'm not a huge fan of how they look in my ear. I purchased the NX weeks ago and is using it as a secondary phone.

I have the Eclipse Glasses I pre-ordered the Eclipse Glasses and they are fun to wear but I like the other material from your other smart glasses much better. I also like that I can customize my lens on my other NSPR glasses. I feel like you all should re-release the eclipse lens in your older model.
