It calculates my numbers quickly and accurately, so that I can make quick decisions on what strategy to choose from and whether a property is a winner or a loser... Excellent work, and they continue to improve it constantly!

GBThis spreadsheet has met what was promised plus so much more I have been impressed with the spreadsheet and how much detail is included when looking at all that has to be done during the flip and the cost. If that isn't enough you will also be able to use the included reports which are very professional and easy to use. If you do have any problems using the spreadsheet there are plenty of videos to guide you or you can contact them directly.

GBNew User This is the first flip/rehab I've used this software on and all I can say is it's a god-send! This software program takes the place of pages and pages and various spread sheets of unorganized (or lost) data and information regarding all aspects of the rehab. I'm not one to read directions before using a product and I found the House Flipping Spreadsheet to be pretty intuitive to set up and get started. As I used it more I'm more amazed at its capabilities. I'll probably never need to utilize more than 75% of the tools available but they are there if I ever need them. Highly recommend, will make your life so much easier!

Real estate investors will be pleased to receive information that lets them quickly decide "yes or no" on your deal. Knowledge of Excel is not a prerequisite.

GBKeep it Simple... I use this product for basic single family fix and flips. for repair estimates, its too complicated. we need to simplify it. to keep it simple categorize interior and exterior repairs. for interior have sections for kitchen, baths, rooms, flooring, paint, # windows, # doors, light fixtures, etc. for exterior do it the same, landscaping, patio, driveway, exterior paint, siding, etc. currently its difficult to navigate. also it needs a quick check sheet where you can plug in all your values to see if its worth it or not on 1 page. 1 page with purchase price, ARV, repairs, holding cost and max offer. currently we have to jump around to 4 difference tabs just to get these values. keep in mind we need to filter/weed out 20 properties before we find 1 good one. this will help simplify things for us and our contractors.
