Some Flaws While the overall spreadsheet is an excellent tool, there were a few kinks with different cells. Some of the cells had the wrong formulas, therefore when it was time to pull a report, there was information missing.

It calculates my numbers quickly and accurately, so that I can make quick decisions on what strategy to choose from and whether a property is a winner or a loser... Excellent work, and they continue to improve it constantly!
