Great service and an excellent product It doesn't get better then HFS when comes to a well thought out product and excellent customer service. When I have questions or issues, HFS responds in minutes. That is really important as I am always on a deadline. Also, they have sent me short voice podcasts to help walk me through problems that may occur. Dave and his staff set the standard for customer service!

Helpful tool for new flipper Once I got the macros enabled it was smooth sailing. As a new house flipper it’s been super helpful for analyzing deals! I’m hoping to get my 2nd flip under contract soon!

Too much functions This software though is great, provided a little too much functions. If you only wanted a simple calculation you better off with your own spreadsheet. It is targeted for professional. Noted the name of the software is "House Flipping...", this means it was made with flipper in mind, so all you landlord or rental owners out there can still use it but will find this spreadsheet's functions aren't apply to your needs. Support was great! Dave response to inquiry or issue in quick turn around.
