This spreadsheet has met what was promised plus so much more I have been impressed with the spreadsheet and how much detail is included when looking at all that has to be done during the flip and the cost. If that isn't enough you will also be able to use the included reports which are very professional and easy to use. Great service and an excellent product It doesn't get better then HFS when comes to a well thought out product and excellent customer service. When I have questions or issues, HFS responds in minutes. That is really important as I am always on a deadline. Also, they have sent me short voice podcasts to help walk me through problems that may occur. Dave and his staff set the standard for customer service!
