GBI would give five stars I would give five stars, but haveing trouble getting updates. was suppose to have received an e-mail with a link to new versions of the spreadsheets.

GBHelpful tool for new flipper Once I got the macros enabled it was smooth sailing. As a new house flipper it’s been super helpful for analyzing deals! I’m hoping to get my 2nd flip under contract soon!

We have only begun to use the worksheets to figure budgets for our jobs and it's been very easy to understand and anything that we don't we can watch informative videos that show step by step what to do. We cannot wait to start using all of the features its provides. All of the work has been done and saved us TONS of time trying to figure out how to put together a similar worksheet.
