I received the Left AirPod I received the Left AirPod, but after finding mine that I lost, I sent them an email twice asking how I can return it. I have yet to hear anything from them. I didn't even try to use the AirPod.

Great Job! The Mac Merchant was very on top of the whole process. From making sure I knew my order was being shipped in different packages so I wasn't surprised, to giving me up to date tracking info. Also the products were the correct models and condition as described. Very happy with the whole process.
