Missing the remote, but MacMerchant made good on its mistake (Update: TheMacMerchant quickly addressed its oversight, delivering the missing remote in time for Christmas. So I’ve updated the original review below from 1 star to 4.) MISSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT. Quick delivery and a great price. But, darn it, the AppleTV 4K arrived WITHOUT A REMOTE CONTROL. Boo.

I did not order a product from this… I did not order a product from this website. My PayPal account got hacked and someone order an Apple Watch. I have been trying to return this order and I have gotten no response from the Mac merchant. It turns out all the returns go back to PayPal which I have no control over since the account has been taken away from me. It looks to me like a well thought scam. Do not buy from this website

No respond to emails I have sent three email requests for return via their recommended process. NO response. I need an exchange on an accessory that I incorrectly ordered.

I recently bought an Apple watch from… I recently bought an Apple watch from the MacMerchant and couldn't be more pleased with his honesty and great service. The watch is in new condition and works perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
