GBStay away The Apple TV I bought came in a plastic baggie. After 3 h trying to get it to work, I gave up. It was obviously faulty. I emailed right away requesting a return, but after a week am still waiting for a response! Stay away from this merchant

GBMissing the remote, but MacMerchant made good on its mistake (Update: TheMacMerchant quickly addressed its oversight, delivering the missing remote in time for Christmas. So I’ve updated the original review below from 1 star to 4.) MISSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT. Quick delivery and a great price. But, darn it, the AppleTV 4K arrived WITHOUT A REMOTE CONTROL. Boo.

PEORder ORder: 19-05270-60789, 3 weeks waiting and never sent my Macbook. They said that they had to replace the battery, then they ignored all my message so I had to open a claim to get the refund.

GBGreat Customer Service!!! I ordered the wrong Air Pod and needed to exchange for another. Mac Merchant emailed me right back and told me which model I needed and what to do for an exchange. There was an issue on my end with the post office when sending it back and Mac Merchant did everything they could to make things right. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated everything they did. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future. Need more businesses like this.

GBGreat Job! The Mac Merchant was very on top of the whole process. From making sure I knew my order was being shipped in different packages so I wasn't surprised, to giving me up to date tracking info. Also the products were the correct models and condition as described. Very happy with the whole process.
