Stay away The Apple TV I bought came in a plastic baggie. After 3 h trying to get it to work, I gave up. It was obviously faulty. I emailed right away requesting a return, but after a week am still waiting for a response! Stay away from this merchant

I ordered an iPad on dec 1st I ordered an iPad on dec 1st. It said expedited 1-3 day shipping, so I expected it to be delivered before Christmas. I’ve emailed them 4 times. 3 times to get an eta or to figure out a solution. 1 time asking for a refund.....still no response

I received the Left AirPod I received the Left AirPod, but after finding mine that I lost, I sent them an email twice asking how I can return it. I have yet to hear anything from them. I didn't even try to use the AirPod.
