Your customer service is excellent Your customer service is excellent. Your staff went above and beyond to make sure my phone works. I want to recognize Volt, Karen, and Justin for their tremendously terrific assistance. Why would I go anywhere else when I can get this kind of support. Not only they meet my expectation, but they also exceed my expectation and I hope your customer service can go 24/7. Thank you.

We had a lot of issues with dropped calls/not going through and blocked text messages The website is really bad as far as displaying accurate account information and reaching customer service is often difficult or they are not helpful. We just ported out my husbands number to another plan today and had no issues though. We are changing plans because calls are frequently dropped or just don't go through and my texts often come back as blocked when the receiver has not blocked any of my texts. It is a cheap plan, but with the overall frustrations we have had, I would not recommend this company.

Improve on communication I actually had no issues with the phone service itself and was very impressed with the signal I was getting. I left because communication from the company wasn't good. I couldn't make it to their working hours since they have the same hours as an average day job. Whenever I did try during a lunch break, I would be on hold for a while for both chat and phone. I tried emailing them and I didn't get a response back until about 3 weeks later. I can tell that the company is making improvements which actually makes me want to come back. If responses from emails become faster and working hours can be extended for both chat and phone, I would definitely go back to their prepaid plans

Received refund! No problem at all, but would not do any business with Unreal anymore. After communicating for three days trying to receive my refund for the simcard I did not receive but was charged for, they processed my refund. It was stressful, but I am glad I was able to get help. The best way to reach, I found, is to submit a ticket with your request. Calling will do nothing. The operators are not helpful at all. Overall, I changed 1star to 3 because they resolved my issue. Jose was very helpful- 5stars to him.

Needed a way to contact my 10 year old… Needed a way to contact my 10 year old daughter and since she had a older model iPhone, was able to use this for her at an affordable price. Have had no issues with connectivity and runs smooth just like any other company.
