GBIt has been great for my child and the… It has been great for my child and the sprint side is decent. THe AT&T side I feel that coverage was better but voice (calls) would always hang up. Also I went to switch from GSM to CDMA (It could be reverse-I ended w/ the sprint side). Unreal had already taken my payment for 3 months from the AT&T side way before it should have come out of my acct. Unreal won't refund me the money and I have yet to see the money go to other acct

GBCustomer service unlikely and unlucky We switched to unreal when it was a new business and had no problems until recently. I called hoping to switch my number over to a new phone-but after getting the run around for an hour on their customer service number I was ready to give up. I called back three more times and heard nothing but their automated machine, until eventually I was connected to a person (who proceeded to immediately hang up on me). I'm convinced their customer service office has dwindled to a singular overworked and apathetic man in a swivel chair. Will unfortunately be switching soon, I love the price but I can't risk repeating this!

GBNot as good as it seemed If you want perfection you will probably be disappointed, but if you want savings, especially for a child's phone, this is great! It was very easy to set up. Sometimes texts seem to be delayed and sometimes the phone call quality is a bit shaky, but overall, for the price, it cannot be beat. Very happy with the service! UPDATE - Unlimited text is limited to 5000. Unlimited talk is limited as well. Text deducts from data. Unfortunately, this was too good to be true. Only good for very limited use. Canceled and moved to Mint Mobile.

GBOrdering and activation process went… Ordering and activation process went ok. Had to call customer service to complete activation but it was handled. Speeds are mot the fastest but so far no real issues. Using on an OnePlus phone.

GBWe had a lot of issues with dropped calls/not going through and blocked text messages The website is really bad as far as displaying accurate account information and reaching customer service is often difficult or they are not helpful. We just ported out my husbands number to another plan today and had no issues though. We are changing plans because calls are frequently dropped or just don't go through and my texts often come back as blocked when the receiver has not blocked any of my texts. It is a cheap plan, but with the overall frustrations we have had, I would not recommend this company.
