Ayeee!!! x 33 You know, all things considered, you guys have been one of the most seemless and yet most undervalued VIP's of the whole thing. You guys are beautiful. Thank you. Ordering and activation process went… Ordering and activation process went ok. Had to call customer service to complete activation but it was handled. Speeds are mot the fastest but so far no real issues. Using on an OnePlus phone.

I’m in port out HELL Update: Thank God for Mint Mobile. They didn’t give up on me. They tracked down someone at Unreal Mobile (no idea how) and my port out from Unreal is in progress! Service worked great UNTIL I tried to port my number out to another carrier. New carrier says information from Unreal doesn’t match. How can that be? No telephone number for help, only able to open tickets on help page and keep getting scripted answers that are no help. Been going on two weeks now. Just want my phone number! Unreal Mobile please reply so I can get some real help!

Good price, lousy service The price is good, but it's definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. Sometimes my phone just stopped receiving calls (even when I have multiple reception bars and phone is in full call-receiving mode), and customer service is hard to reach and not particularly helpful.

Received refund! No problem at all, but would not do any business with Unreal anymore. After communicating for three days trying to receive my refund for the simcard I did not receive but was charged for, they processed my refund. It was stressful, but I am glad I was able to get help. The best way to reach, I found, is to submit a ticket with your request. Calling will do nothing. The operators are not helpful at all. Overall, I changed 1star to 3 because they resolved my issue. Jose was very helpful- 5stars to him.
