GBWe had a lot of issues with dropped calls/not going through and blocked text messages The website is really bad as far as displaying accurate account information and reaching customer service is often difficult or they are not helpful. We just ported out my husbands number to another plan today and had no issues though. We are changing plans because calls are frequently dropped or just don't go through and my texts often come back as blocked when the receiver has not blocked any of my texts. It is a cheap plan, but with the overall frustrations we have had, I would not recommend this company.

GBI transferred my number from RedPocket… I transferred my number from RedPocket to Unreal. I had a great experience with RedPocket. I moved to Unreal for a better price. I am happy with the move. Until this moment, I have no issues. I am using a normal sim card. No app for calling. I see most of the negative reviews for WiFI calling, so I avoided that.

GBI’m in port out HELL Update: Thank God for Mint Mobile. They didn’t give up on me. They tracked down someone at Unreal Mobile (no idea how) and my port out from Unreal is in progress! Service worked great UNTIL I tried to port my number out to another carrier. New carrier says information from Unreal doesn’t match. How can that be? No telephone number for help, only able to open tickets on help page and keep getting scripted answers that are no help. Been going on two weeks now. Just want my phone number! Unreal Mobile please reply so I can get some real help!

GBThey're so on point it's unreal Very good reception virtually everywhere and anywhere in the city of San Diego, whether im up in the mountains, deep in the desert, down at the beach, or anywhere in my place. I love the fact that i have yet to experience any "dead zones". Two thumbs up!
