GBHORRIBLE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS, ONCE NUMBER IS PORTED, YOU CANNOT GET IT BACK! THEY WILL NOT RELEASE IT AND HAVE NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT SALES WHO HANG UP ON YOU. NO INCOMING OR OUTGOING CALLS. OPENED MULTIPLE TICKETS WITH NO RESPONSE OR SOLUTION. THIS IS AWFUL. BEWARE, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

GBCustomer service unlikely and unlucky We switched to unreal when it was a new business and had no problems until recently. I called hoping to switch my number over to a new phone-but after getting the run around for an hour on their customer service number I was ready to give up. I called back three more times and heard nothing but their automated machine, until eventually I was connected to a person (who proceeded to immediately hang up on me). I'm convinced their customer service office has dwindled to a singular overworked and apathetic man in a swivel chair. Will unfortunately be switching soon, I love the price but I can't risk repeating this!

GBUNREAL Headache....run away! Takes more than a month to receive a sim card ordered from the UNREAL site. Once received, compatible BYOD phone cannot find sim card. Called three different customer service phone numbers. No one able to assist customer when talking with a supposed (real) CSR. Placed back into cue with automated service more than 6 times. Emails sent not answered within 48 hours, yet UNREAL can bill for a service NOT PROVIDED. Complaint filed with PAYPAL as well as as FCC. Anyone thinking of using UNREAL should stop not unless you want some UNREAL headaches for your cellular service.

GBReceived refund! No problem at all, but would not do any business with Unreal anymore. After communicating for three days trying to receive my refund for the simcard I did not receive but was charged for, they processed my refund. It was stressful, but I am glad I was able to get help. The best way to reach, I found, is to submit a ticket with your request. Calling will do nothing. The operators are not helpful at all. Overall, I changed 1star to 3 because they resolved my issue. Jose was very helpful- 5stars to him.

GBImprove on communication I actually had no issues with the phone service itself and was very impressed with the signal I was getting. I left because communication from the company wasn't good. I couldn't make it to their working hours since they have the same hours as an average day job. Whenever I did try during a lunch break, I would be on hold for a while for both chat and phone. I tried emailing them and I didn't get a response back until about 3 weeks later. I can tell that the company is making improvements which actually makes me want to come back. If responses from emails become faster and working hours can be extended for both chat and phone, I would definitely go back to their prepaid plans
