We had a lot of issues with dropped calls/not going through and blocked text messages The website is really bad as far as displaying accurate account information and reaching customer service is often difficult or they are not helpful. We just ported out my husbands number to another plan today and had no issues though. We are changing plans because calls are frequently dropped or just don't go through and my texts often come back as blocked when the receiver has not blocked any of my texts. It is a cheap plan, but with the overall frustrations we have had, I would not recommend this company.

I want to recognize Volt, Karen, and Justin for their tremendously terrific assistance. Why would I go anywhere else when I can get this kind of support. Improve on communication I actually had no issues with the phone service itself and was very impressed with the signal I was getting. I left because communication from the company wasn't good. I couldn't make it to their working hours since they have the same hours as an average day job. Whenever I did try during a lunch break, I would be on hold for a while for both chat and phone. I tried emailing them and I didn't get a response back until about 3 weeks later. I can tell that the company is making improvements which actually makes me want to come back. If responses from emails become faster and working hours can be extended for both chat and phone, I would definitely go back to their prepaid plans

It has been great for my child and the… It has been great for my child and the sprint side is decent. THe AT&T side I feel that coverage was better but voice (calls) would always hang up. Also I went to switch from GSM to CDMA (It could be reverse-I ended w/ the sprint side). Unreal had already taken my payment for 3 months from the AT&T side way before it should have come out of my acct. Unreal won't refund me the money and I have yet to see the money go to other acct

Real good service with Unreal Mobile I came across this completely by accident searching for a SIM card with a mobile number as my previous data sim had expired. I purchased this at the Target in Atlanta and it changed the mobile experience for me. It was easy to set up and really affordable! It has a talk and text feature which really helps. I used it in both DC and NYC and did not have trouble at any given time. Thank you Unreal Mobile.
