GBNeeded a way to contact my 10 year old… Needed a way to contact my 10 year old daughter and since she had a older model iPhone, was able to use this for her at an affordable price. Have had no issues with connectivity and runs smooth just like any other company.

GBCompany tried to scam me I had an annual plan ($180/year) with unlimited low speed data and they recently decided to stop offering unlimited low speed on their new phone plans. Rather than honor the plan I purchased, they shut off my data completely after I’d used up my high speed one month and told me I’d need to purchase more data. They lied to me on the phone and told me my current plan does not involve unlimited low speed data. I looked back in my email and found verification from the initial purchase and it indeed did show unlimited low speed data. After I called them out on the phone, they finally turned my data back on. I’ve been with unreal on an annual plan for 4 years but because of their deceitful practices I’m now switching to red pocket.

GBCustomer service unlikely and unlucky We switched to unreal when it was a new business and had no problems until recently. I called hoping to switch my number over to a new phone-but after getting the run around for an hour on their customer service number I was ready to give up. I called back three more times and heard nothing but their automated machine, until eventually I was connected to a person (who proceeded to immediately hang up on me). I'm convinced their customer service office has dwindled to a singular overworked and apathetic man in a swivel chair. Will unfortunately be switching soon, I love the price but I can't risk repeating this!

GBIt has been great for my child and the… It has been great for my child and the sprint side is decent. THe AT&T side I feel that coverage was better but voice (calls) would always hang up. Also I went to switch from GSM to CDMA (It could be reverse-I ended w/ the sprint side). Unreal had already taken my payment for 3 months from the AT&T side way before it should have come out of my acct. Unreal won't refund me the money and I have yet to see the money go to other acct

GBservice interrupted due to technical difficulties The service had been fine but it was cut off 2 days after the bill was paid for "technical difficulties". we haven't gotten any responses at all via email and can't talk to anyone in customer support. we may just cancel this service so wet can actuate use the phone!
