UNREAL Headache....run away! Takes more than a month to receive a sim card ordered from the UNREAL site. Once received, compatible BYOD phone cannot find sim card. Called three different customer service phone numbers. No one able to assist customer when talking with a supposed (real) CSR. Placed back into cue with automated service more than 6 times. Emails sent not answered within 48 hours, yet UNREAL can bill for a service NOT PROVIDED. Complaint filed with PAYPAL as well as as FCC. Anyone thinking of using UNREAL should stop not unless you want some UNREAL headaches for your cellular service.

I transferred my number from RedPocket… I transferred my number from RedPocket to Unreal. I had a great experience with RedPocket. I moved to Unreal for a better price. I am happy with the move. Until this moment, I have no issues. I am using a normal sim card. No app for calling. I see most of the negative reviews for WiFI calling, so I avoided that.

Not as good as it seemed If you want perfection you will probably be disappointed, but if you want savings, especially for a child's phone, this is great! It was very easy to set up. Sometimes texts seem to be delayed and sometimes the phone call quality is a bit shaky, but overall, for the price, it cannot be beat. Very happy with the service! UPDATE - Unlimited text is limited to 5000. Unlimited talk is limited as well. Text deducts from data. Unfortunately, this was too good to be true. Only good for very limited use. Canceled and moved to Mint Mobile.

We had a lot of issues with dropped calls/not going through and blocked text messages The website is really bad as far as displaying accurate account information and reaching customer service is often difficult or they are not helpful. We just ported out my husbands number to another plan today and had no issues though. We are changing plans because calls are frequently dropped or just don't go through and my texts often come back as blocked when the receiver has not blocked any of my texts. It is a cheap plan, but with the overall frustrations we have had, I would not recommend this company.

It has been great for my child and the… It has been great for my child and the sprint side is decent. THe AT&T side I feel that coverage was better but voice (calls) would always hang up. Also I went to switch from GSM to CDMA (It could be reverse-I ended w/ the sprint side). Unreal had already taken my payment for 3 months from the AT&T side way before it should have come out of my acct. Unreal won't refund me the money and I have yet to see the money go to other acct
