GBBad products bad service Evidently this merchant's customer service has gone to the dogs. I ordered 2 system pull hard drives from them and both of them cashed out in less than a month. The real problem occurred when I tried to get a refund. They said that one of the drives was in fine shape (when it would'nt even allow the system to boot when the drive was installed). Their customer service was a horror, since they tried to get me to close a Paypal dispute I had filed over the matter. Fortunately I then filed a claim with Paypal. Such cheesy and poor customer service should be punished, mainly by staying away from this vendor, which I intend to do.

GBGood price - Bad products I had bought a Socket 462 motherboard from them (About a year ago) and was sent a bad board (board wouldn't work right when installing winXP). Anyways, they sent me another board, this one sort of worked, except for that capacitors were on the verge of blowing/leaking when I got it (they were bulging), so I asked for them to test it, they said nothing was wrong with it and returned it to me). The board also had other issues, and frankly it's like 3BTech either didn't test the board, or didn't test it throughly enough, so it's now a wasted $25 investment (a small amount, but still angers me). Most of their stuff is used, even if it is advertised as NEW. I'd be concerned with that alone (false advertising).

GBLiars !!! Bought a 200 gig Samsung internal hard drive. While I had the internet page in front of me as I was ordering, I asked the salesman 5 TIMES: "THIS IS A "NEW" HARD DRIVE, CORRECT?", "NOT REFURBISHED?". He assured me it was "brand new". Got the drive and it was refurbished. Written in big bold letters right on the drive. I called to complain, and of course they had nothing to do with the mishap. It was all my fault. I could have sent the drive back, but as most of you know, when you need a hard drive, you NEED a hard drive. So I installed it. It is now the first of July, 2009, and the drive just shit the bed. Of course, I was offered no replacement because it was "REFURBISHED", which is what I tried to avoid in the first place! Liars and cheats at 3B-Tech. I'll never buy from again, and would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY. If there's a God, they'll lose their shirts and go out of business. I now have to go through another saga of recovering all my lost data and reinstalling everything. Shame on you 3B-Tech!!!

GBWill not answer request for RMA, sends broken stuff, avoid at all costs! ORDER #3btech-696904 I had an experience of the worst kind with 3b tech. I ordered a motherboard (refurbished) at a great price. It got here in fairly good time, but that is when the trouble started. Motherboard does not work. Tried everything, and no dice. Here is where 3btech totally failed me. I wrote 3 times to 3b tech to obtain an RMA number, and guess how many times they responded. ZERO. These jerks just totally ignored all the RMA requests which come from the RMA form on their website. I'd stick with newegg or a company that actually takes care of you if there is a problem. 3btech sucks and will not do that. Now I'm out the cost of the motherboard, and have an expensive paper weight!

GB8 months later and they still can't fix the problem PROS: 1. Price = Good CONS: 1. Shipping = Bad. Computer was damaged 2 of the 3 times I received it from warranty repairs 2. Customer Service = Horrible. They refuse to refund my purchase, even after multiple returns due to malfunction 3. Quality = Horrible. I purchased a custom system from them 8 months ago, it has never worked. I have returned it three times for warranty repair, it still doesn't work. Read below, I'm not the only one having these problems. STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!!!
