I can say that Skadate is the most professional company in terms of support and the product is definitely the best among its class. I've started a site for my town and it keeps signing up users after some basic SEO.

If you want to waste thousands of… If you want to waste thousands of pounds. Go with skadate. I have come to terms with wasting my money on a rubbish platform. All their raving reviews can be found on their website. Yet they claim to have helped many customers....so where are all these hundreds of satisfied customers hmm?? Glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Thanking Lora for exceptional Customer service - SkaDate Software I have been using the SkaDate Dating Software since November 2019. They issue ticket numbers for each service request. From the date I started, up to now, I have contacted SkaDate for different support requirements. Lora was in customer service since I started and she helped me on a few different occasions. I need to mention that the service I received from Lora was exceptional from the beginning. I had some issues recently, she gave more than 100% in fixing my issue. She contacted my hosting provider on behalf of me. Although She is in customer service she has a good knowledge of IT as well. I wanted to thank Lora for her wonderful customer service. Best software and support no doubt! I HIGHLY recommend SkaDate to anyone! The admin panel is easy to use. I got the hang of it pretty quick. Their themes are stunning, especially Mosaic - love it to bits. I was also very impressed with their support. I've read a lot of negative feedback about people saying that SkaDate is not helpful and that they charge expensive fees for support, that is simply NOT TRUE! I had to wait a few hours to get replies on my questions, but I got a friendly, helpful and professional answer every time! I would like to extend a warm thank you to Anna at SkaDate for all the time she has invested in helping me get my site up and running. Guys, you won't regret going with SkaDate.
