Items shipped from Poland, the delivery date quoted at purchase was 5 days after 14 days still no update as to when it will be delivered. After emailing and calling them still none the wiser. When you call them you eventually speak to someone in Poland. I suspect the London office is just a mailing address, a virtual office to appear as if it's a UK company. After two weeks with still no update I am now trying to recover costs through my credit card! Update.. After a total of three weeks it finally turned up. Unfortunately supplied with EU Power supplies, I contacted them again to explain that by law products bought in the UK need to be supplied with the correct 3 pin plug. Amazingly the replacement PSU arrived the nextday.

Senetic I Need to Return The process of returning was quite easy and thorough. Senetic personnel was helpful with the return of an ordered product. Sometimes these things happen but its good to know that companies will help with process thanks so much, the people at Senetic.

Horrible packing Horrible packing! How can someone send me a 1500€ CPU inside a bag? The bag came tone and it wasn't even on the CPU box, they just took the CPU and placed in a random box. No instructions, no information about the product. Same thing with the motherboard I bought. First thing I noticed was the motherboard shaking inside the box. There was nothing protecting the motherboard. Even worse than the CPU. I don't trust them! Everything comes from Poland were there is huge lack of control. I know polish people, I've worked many years in Netherlands with them. I am now asking for a full refund.

I ordered from them and the customs… I ordered from them and the customs were too high so I decided to return the order. DHL requested from them to send the confirmation. I opened an RMA request. They never sent the confirmation and they stopped responding I even tried to call them myself and they didn't answer my call. With DHL the same story. Because they got paid they didn't care. I paid DHL and storage plus customs just to get my order and not risking losing my money since I don't think they will going to send me a refund. I had to travel to the airport and do everything myself and wasting time and money on a ripoff order. Avoid them at all cost. You have been warned. Thank you. senetic I hate you.
