Late but not their fault Despite being a late delivery (not Senetic’s but UPS UK’s fault), the customer support provided by Weronika and Karolina were amazingly helpful. As soon as they realise my monitor is being held at customs in UK, they did not stop chasing UPS to release my package. They wrapped the package nicely so it arrived in a good condition. Im happy to have finally receive my monitor in one piece. One recommendation I might give is to probably avoid UPS as your delivery courier if possible, they are really slow. Nevertheless, thank you again Weronika and Karolina for being so helpful!

Senetic I Need to Return The process of returning was quite easy and thorough. Senetic personnel was helpful with the return of an ordered product. Sometimes these things happen but its good to know that companies will help with process thanks so much, the people at Senetic.

You never know online, having placed my first order with Senetic for four HGST Ultrastar DC HC520 He12 drives they arrived fast and in perfect condition, shipped DHL no less. Future orders will be for fifteen drives at a time, now that I know the company can and does live up to our high expectations.

Misleading lead-times Misleading lead-times. Products indicated as available 50+ and allowed to select a delivery 24 hours, then received an email stating it would be over 2 weeks and drew my attention to another piece of information further down the product information page. Wont be using this supplier again, took my money then the best they could come up with was that the order would be sent for processing a refund, no indication of when I would actually be refunded.
