GBI prefer an in-person instruction… I prefer an in-person instruction rather than remote instruction. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I prefer a hand-on type of class. Also, the staff at the location of the classroom were helpful, but one of the staff did not know how to troubleshoot the setup of the computer and its screen. It would have been nice to have someone there that was knowledgeable about the course itself.

GBCan be rather tedious to get initially… Can be rather tedious to get initially set up with the access codes and selection of the products and the up-sale options. The content however is very good for certification preparation.

GBGreat Training Kaplan Training was one of the best resources for my CompTIA A+ preparation. I would recommend Kaplan without reserve.

GBYour questions are not worded like the… Your questions are not worded like the questions given on the test. The simulation questions are nothing like what is given on the tests. The way the training appears is not really great. Basically the reason I passed the Security plus class is that I got the cram book and other reading materials that more closely mirrored what would be on the actual test. You really need to improve this product, because it is terrible. It is just as bad as the measure up material I used for A+, Network +, Windows 7 Configuration and troubleshooting, CCENT, and CCNA. Those didn't help me pass the tests either. The Pearson Study guides, The cram books, are what got me through them.

BGI will post my final review by the end of January The course is missing eLearning module. I paid extra money in order to have downloads and was left with impression that it would include some study materials. It provides exam simulation and flashcards. I have not contacted the instructor yet and cannot comment on how helpful he is.
