GBCompletely incompetent I called this company for problems with my MacAir. Worst experience I have had. Even their senior technicians were useless. They also con you into signing up with them by telling you that your computer is infected by spyware. Do not believe them. Worst of all they managed to erase 3 months of emails. I wasted 12 hours speaking to them ,no problem was solved and they erased important data. Avoid like the plague!

GBIYogi is a good service company for many people. There have been a few things that I have had trouble getting fixed myself. IYogi helped when I couldn't get it done myself. There has only been 1 occasion where IYogi did cause my computer to not work, but they did get the ball rolling to repair my computer. It was just a simple problem, but it took less than 24 hours to fix it and I'd recommend IYogi highly.

GBBig Mistake I got hooked up with you at a time my computer was really acting up. Your base program did nothing to alleviate the problems. You did, however, have someone tell me I should spend more money with you because my system had been corrupted. I thought that was what I was getting for my money!!! I lost all faith in your company at that time. I did get the problem fixed but it was with another Microsoft "Partner" which spoke "on shore" English for another $350. The best thing iYogi could do is show me how to remove all the things they installed without any interruption in my computer speed or performance.

GB5 years of satisfaction! I have subscribed to iYogi technical services for 5 years during which I have had several occasions to call upon them for assistance. Each and every time they "fixed" my problem very professionaly. I have a great sense of comfort knowing that I am covered whenever a problem should arise...

GBPurveyor of Ransomware - Company are scammers. This company takes out advertising spaces on social media which is click bait. The adverts will usually say a famous personality has died (ie gordon ramsey, richard branson, keith richards etc). Clicking the link takes you to a website on the iyogi subdomain. You will hear a looped recording saying that your PC is infected and you must phone "Windows Support" which is actually their phone number. They tell you that failure to contact support will result in your PC being disabled. If you phone up they will demand several hundred £ to remotely clean your PC. In all likelyhood there is nothing wrong with your PC. To clear all the popups though you will need to reboot your PC.
