Costumer Support inexistent Costumer Support inexistent. I spoke to a fellow that told me it was impossible for me to have bought my phone on their online store, which I did. He told me to reach support on my account, which lead me back to the number I was speaking with him. Now just trying to complain as loud as I can in the ASUS forums, maybe someone will help me fix (its a permanently blurred camera in asuszenfone9)

Stay away from Asus store! Horrible service Stay away from Asus store at all costs. I made the mistake of making a purchase here just because it was £20 cheaper than Amazon. I received no updates for a while. Not on my account, not in emails. Then the "processing" indication turned to "completed" after I get an SMS from DPD saying they couldn't deliver. With no option to make any changes, I called the store. Horrible customer service! I got a reply saying it is not their responsibility that the order couldn't be delivered! After two weeks of back and forth I couldn't get anywhere with them. So I made a complaint to PayPal and got a refund thanks to their flawless service.

I opted for free delivery 2-4 days I opted for free delivery 2-4 days. Should have gone for paid 24 hrs would have been less stressful. I had to ring Asus (Kalina) as heard nothing from courier as promised. However, she promised delivery before the end of 4th day and this happened. Well done her, she honestly sounded interested in my concerns and was calm throughout. So any problems were only in my tendency to worry about £1200 in the UK courier service. So, Asus, you did exactly as you said you would except I wasn't aware item was out for delivery until I called. Small issue.

Bad quality laptop and awfulCustomer services Bought a laptop from them, within weeks the trackpad no longer worked along with a few other minor issues. Reported it several times on their website as per their instructions with photos to no avail. Spoke several times to their customer services who gave different instruction on how to submit an issue with the machine. Eventually, It was collected and inspected and their repair centre quoted me double the price (laptop was £200 and they wanted £400 to fix it). They said I had to pay £45 for them to return it to me or for them to dispose of it. Unfortunately had to pay to have the machine returned but this is a complete rip off. Very unhelpful customer services on the phone and via email. Terrible, badly made laptop not fit for general purposes. Would not recommend this company as their products are not of good quality.

B650 Plus Wifi I recently purchased the B650 Plus Wi-Fi Motherboard, and I must admit it’s among the finest motherboards I’ve ever owned. The built-in Bluetooth functionality eliminates the need for my external dongle, which is a huge convenience. Additionally, the three M.2 slots provide ample space for all my storage devices, and the impressive I/O options at the back of the motherboard enhance its overall usability. For the price, this motherboard is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a reliable and feature-rich option.
