GBThis company has made false claims on… This company has made false claims on their website about their shipping process and they do not respond to email. The phone number on their site directs you to a random individual not affiliated with them. After no shipping confirmation from them after a week but a charge on my credit card the day after placing the order, I reached out to request an update. After no response days later, I reached out to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card - again, no response. The three weeks after the placement of my order and still no reply to my messages, they send me a shipping confirmation email. I will be returning the item if it ever arrives and demanding a refund though I imagine I will have to contest the charge through my bank. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner.

GBDon’t pay extra for faster shipping I requested 3 day shipping to protect my new phone asap. It took closer to 14 days. They may have shipped it using a 3 day service, but they didn’t have product themselves to ship for over a week, so express service was worthless. The product was fine and their customer service and communication was actually pretty good. I would order again except without paying for faster delivery.

GBThey charged me before sending the item… They charged me before sending the item with no confirmation of charge or shipping. It was delayed so long I asked them to cancel - no response. 3 emails and a phone call (the number on the site takes you to another random business) and I'm still waiting on a refund. Will be contesting the charge on my CC

CAFolio iPhone Wallet Case I received the wallet case, but was very disappointed in the quality. When you put your phone and drivers license in it, the case will not stay closed as though it is missing a magnetic piece on the strap that holds it shut. I had a very similar case that I paid $20 for and had the same results. I certainly wouldn't spend money on one of these again.

GBWorst customer service Worst customer service. Bought 2 iPhone folios in November because they have a "no questions asked and money refund" policy. They were not what I wanted so I asked for credit. They offered store credit. I sent an email to let them know that I prefer regular credit. Sent 2 follow up emails, never heard back. Beware of this company!
