The product is beautifully detailed, customer service lacking The product is beautifully detailed. We unfortunately received one that was the wrong color and did not match up correctly to the phone it was purchased for. We attempted to both email the company and call them without success. So we, unfortunately, are returning the case and paying for the return postage.... even though it was at no fault of ours. Customer service—— where?

Superior product and customer service - 5 star! I am very happy with Enphold - their product and their customer service as well. The iPhone 12 wallet case is excellent protection for this expensive phone, and I am confident it will provide great protection for a long time. The iPhone case is leather with a very good feel, and great padding. In addition, the postal service was slow in delivering it, so when I asked customer service to refund my overnight shipping fee, they gladly and promptly did so. I highly recommend this company!

Failed to Ship; no CSR Response You acknowledged my order then shipped it a week plus late. When I contacted your customer service they ignored my inquiry about my order. I like the product but if you don’t care about customers, sell the business to someone who will.

The red case for my new iPhone 12-mini… The case for my new iPhone 12-mini arrived today. The fit is perfect and the workmanship and attention to detail that went into this piece is impressive (definitely not like the cheap fake leather cases I had for earlier iPhone models in the past). I go for vibrant colours as I look for my iPhone many times throughout the day. This time I opted for red, and the colour is extremely pleasing. I am also relieved that I managed to fit 4 cards. This means that I do not need to carry a purse, not even a small one. Indeed, that was one of my criteria for the model I selected. Last but not least the company is responsive and attentive. So, on the whole an excellent experience!

Poor customer service After many Emails questions to the customer service concerning an RMA autorization are still waiting for answers. Very frustrating to read that the are taking care of you but no answer from customer service neither a phone call to explain what is going on. Merci
