GBCustomer service awful Unfortunately I was sent wrong phone case. I notified by email and left messages with no response of how to exchange or get refund. For the price and money I lost. CAPoor customer service After many Emails questions to the customer service concerning an RMA autorization are still waiting for answers. Very frustrating to read that the are taking care of you but no answer from customer service neither a phone call to explain what is going on. Merci

GBPhone wallet Ordering on-line was great and the delivery was quick. Product is of awesome quality. The only complaint the magnetic strap won't stay closed if there is more than the one card in each of the three slots on the wallet side. And forget adding multiple dollar bills.

GBThis company has made false claims on… This company has made false claims on their website about their shipping process and they do not respond to email. The phone number on their site directs you to a random individual not affiliated with them. After no shipping confirmation from them after a week but a charge on my credit card the day after placing the order, I reached out to request an update. After no response days later, I reached out to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card - again, no response. The three weeks after the placement of my order and still no reply to my messages, they send me a shipping confirmation email. I will be returning the item if it ever arrives and demanding a refund though I imagine I will have to contest the charge through my bank. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner.

GBThe buttons on the case are way too… The buttons on the case are way too touchy. I’m constantly taking screenshots and activating Siri. It’s quite annoying. I’m thinking about going with a different brand of folio iPhone case company that I have used in the past.
