Folio iPhone Wallet Case I received the wallet case, but was very disappointed in the quality. When you put your phone and drivers license in it, the case will not stay closed as though it is missing a magnetic piece on the strap that holds it shut. I had a very similar case that I paid $20 for and had the same results. I certainly wouldn't spend money on one of these again.

This company has made false claims on… This company has made false claims on their website about their shipping process and they do not respond to email. The phone number on their site directs you to a random individual not affiliated with them. After no shipping confirmation from them after a week but a charge on my credit card the day after placing the order, I reached out to request an update. After no response days later, I reached out to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card - again, no response. The three weeks after the placement of my order and still no reply to my messages, they send me a shipping confirmation email. I will be returning the item if it ever arrives and demanding a refund though I imagine I will have to contest the charge through my bank. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner.

Highly dissatisfied with your service, and would not recommend nor seek your business again! It was easy to give my money to Enphold, yet super difficult to get my refund.

Failed to Ship; no CSR Response You acknowledged my order then shipped it a week plus late. When I contacted your customer service they ignored my inquiry about my order. I like the product but if you don’t care about customers, sell the business to someone who will.

Superior product and customer service - 5 star! I am very happy with Enphold - their product and their customer service as well. The iPhone 12 wallet case is excellent protection for this expensive phone, and I am confident it will provide great protection for a long time. The iPhone case is leather with a very good feel, and great padding. In addition, the postal service was slow in delivering it, so when I asked customer service to refund my overnight shipping fee, they gladly and promptly did so. I highly recommend this company!
