The red case for my new iPhone 12-mini… The case for my new iPhone 12-mini arrived today. The fit is perfect and the workmanship and attention to detail that went into this piece is impressive (definitely not like the cheap fake leather cases I had for earlier iPhone models in the past). I go for vibrant colours as I look for my iPhone many times throughout the day. This time I opted for red, and the colour is extremely pleasing. I am also relieved that I managed to fit 4 cards. This means that I do not need to carry a purse, not even a small one. Indeed, that was one of my criteria for the model I selected. Last but not least the company is responsive and attentive. So, on the whole an excellent experience!

Customer service awful Unfortunately I was sent wrong phone case. I notified by email and left messages with no response of how to exchange or get refund. For the price and money I lost. Poor customer service After many Emails questions to the customer service concerning an RMA autorization are still waiting for answers. Very frustrating to read that the are taking care of you but no answer from customer service neither a phone call to explain what is going on. Merci

Don’t pay extra for faster shipping I requested 3 day shipping to protect my new phone asap. It took closer to 14 days. They may have shipped it using a 3 day service, but they didn’t have product themselves to ship for over a week, so express service was worthless. The product was fine and their customer service and communication was actually pretty good. I would order again except without paying for faster delivery.

ordered a case and paid for one day… ordered a case and paid for one day shipping and haven't received product and there's no phone number associated with this company. Shady to say the least. since my last review, I would like to say that Erik (owner of enphold) reached out to me to explain shipping and did express he would address folks taking calls to be more helpful. After receiving phone case I will say this has been a great experience and the product is fantastic. 5 stars on this product.
