GBSolutions Team? More like Problems Team. Every time you try to deal with Support (for even the most basic request) you get endless, unhelpful advice. It takes hours to get anything done, and the product breaks all the time. It's a case of building something huge and complicated that doesn't work, instead of building something simple that does work, and getting the most basic functionality right. On top of that, Support are just hopeless at understanding your problem and providing a solution, on the most fundamental level. I can't tell you how many "solutions" they've given me that don't even remotely match the problem I'm trying to solve.

AUGood product with few issues but easily… Good product with few issues but easily manageable BUT Customer Support is appalling and almost unnecessary to reach out to them as they can't do anything to help. Wish they care about existing customers as they do for new leads.

GBCustomer service sucks Customer service sucks. I have been trying to get my gateway account set up properly for weeks with Chargebee but they will only communicate with me through email. They refuse to let me speak with a live agent and customer service number sends me straight to voicemail. I’m at my wits end!

GBTerrible customer service.. Terrible customer service... I felt "questioned" and that I was being analyzed as to whether I deserved service from this company at all. Terrible English.... can't understand anything

ESWaste of time: Overpriced, intransparent and empty promises You have to book an appointment with them and immediately the upselling starts. I was promised "assessment of my requirements" and "immediate follow-up". 2 weeks later: radio silence. This is just a VERY POOR customer experience. It’s an already overpriced product, the pricing is intransparent, the onboarding cumbersome. They make big promises on the phone with zero to show for. I sent a complaint via email about the lack of following up with me and they did not even bother to answer. Better go with a company that cares.
