SGExcellent Product and Team! Chargebee is the best way to start taking subscription payments online. It is extremely fast and easy to set up. Their support team is incredible should you do need help with anything. It's also brilliant at managing all relevant documentation (invoices, etc.), email notifications to all parties, and tax.

FRDisillusionment... French, happy to have found a nice partner for recurring payments by Stripe, with a free plan (but they also win), I select this plan to register, I enter my data, but in fact we are redirected to something to show us a demo, adapted to our bunsiness, and get us called back. Personally I come to open my account, it is not so that after that one tells me and well no, it is a demo that we give you and we will see later for the account. A fake registration page. Short : Au revoir.

VNAbsolutely good Scalable, clear, updating quite regularly. Support is not bad if you are an IT professional. Many options and never had a bug on their side in 2 years.

ESWaste of time: Overpriced, intransparent and empty promises You have to book an appointment with them and immediately the upselling starts. I was promised "assessment of my requirements" and "immediate follow-up". 2 weeks later: radio silence. This is just a VERY POOR customer experience. It’s an already overpriced product, the pricing is intransparent, the onboarding cumbersome. They make big promises on the phone with zero to show for. I sent a complaint via email about the lack of following up with me and they did not even bother to answer. Better go with a company that cares.

GBSolutions Team? More like Problems Team. Every time you try to deal with Support (for even the most basic request) you get endless, unhelpful advice. It takes hours to get anything done, and the product breaks all the time. It's a case of building something huge and complicated that doesn't work, instead of building something simple that does work, and getting the most basic functionality right. On top of that, Support are just hopeless at understanding your problem and providing a solution, on the most fundamental level. I can't tell you how many "solutions" they've given me that don't even remotely match the problem I'm trying to solve.
