Great Service I've been using this service for several months now and everything is super easy to understand and I haven't had any issues. It's been so helpful in getting my subscription newsletter off the ground.

Continue to bill customers after cancellation Morale of the story: If cancelling, ensure all subscriptions are cancelled correctly! When using the Chargbee service as an active customer their support service is relatively good. They dealt with some of my stranger requests well. The billing side of things also worked well. However, after I left I ran into major issues. Before closing my account I checked that all subscriptions were cancelled and nothing was active. My account was closed and I no longer had login access. A few weeks later, I get a notification from Stripe telling me they had been charged for a subscription via Chargebee! I have contacted the support team several times and had a single reply. I'm worried they will charge the card again at the next renewal date (that I had cancelled). It's been over three weeks and still no reply. I would try billsby. Same product, better pricing and support.

Excellent service from my experience... Wow, its shocking to see how these many bad reviews for this amazing company, not sure if I'm using the same chargebee as they are! My experience with them for last 3 years has been nothing but amazing. They have always provided amazing customer support and the sheer amount of features they are providing puts other similar services to shame.

Excellent, great service from the Customer Support Team. First, Chargebee cares about their struggling entrepreneurs, which is just ridiculously generous given that I've tried out so many billing software solutions and they: 1. Still lack the customer portal aspect (I'm looking at you, Samcart!) where customers can, you know, actually help you out by updating their own billing info and canceling their own subscription without sending you an email and waiting for you to do it. 2. Didn't have a decently designed interface 3. Didn't update clients a day before they would be billed (so they don't get a nasty surprise) Chargebee has all of that, and much more.. and they let you have it for FREE till you hit $50k! WHAT! I'm so grateful. Being an entrepreneur is hard enough as it is. The only thing I would still like to see is a one-time purchase option, but other than that, I'm really satisfied. Thank you Chargebee!
