NLFair product, horrible customer service The product is good, but available only in limited languages. The "customer success team" however is horrible. Their only interest seems to be their bonus for new revenue, and once they have tricked you into paying more than you should you hear nothing from them.

VNAbsolutely good Scalable, clear, updating quite regularly. Support is not bad if you are an IT professional. Many options and never had a bug on their side in 2 years.

GBTerrible customer service.. Terrible customer service... I felt "questioned" and that I was being analyzed as to whether I deserved service from this company at all. Terrible English.... can't understand anything

SGExcellent, great service from the Customer Support Team. First, Chargebee cares about their struggling entrepreneurs, which is just ridiculously generous given that I've tried out so many billing software solutions and they: 1. Still lack the customer portal aspect (I'm looking at you, Samcart!) where customers can, you know, actually help you out by updating their own billing info and canceling their own subscription without sending you an email and waiting for you to do it. 2. Didn't have a decently designed interface 3. Didn't update clients a day before they would be billed (so they don't get a nasty surprise) Chargebee has all of that, and much more.. and they let you have it for FREE till you hit $50k! WHAT! I'm so grateful. Being an entrepreneur is hard enough as it is. The only thing I would still like to see is a one-time purchase option, but other than that, I'm really satisfied. Thank you Chargebee!

GBSolutions Team? More like Problems Team. Every time you try to deal with Support (for even the most basic request) you get endless, unhelpful advice. It takes hours to get anything done, and the product breaks all the time. It's a case of building something huge and complicated that doesn't work, instead of building something simple that does work, and getting the most basic functionality right. On top of that, Support are just hopeless at understanding your problem and providing a solution, on the most fundamental level. I can't tell you how many "solutions" they've given me that don't even remotely match the problem I'm trying to solve.
