Absolutely good Scalable, clear, updating quite regularly. Support is not bad if you are an IT professional. Many options and never had a bug on their side in 2 years.

Not Worth the Headache Billing and payments are the most important pillars of your organization. So when something goes wrong, it shouldn't take a week to talk to a person. We have had issues with the system, and support is either nonexistent or doesn't even understand their product and provides incorrect information. The worst part... we're a paying customer. We pay every month. Chargebee is our biggest regret. Put in the extra time to integrate Stripe directly, or choose another billing management solution. Chargebee may look good on paper, and it may work correctly for the first couple of months, but eventually you'll start to see issues, and support is no where to be found.

Account Management team makes all the difference! The Chargebee team has worked tirelessly with our company to find solutions for our complex workflows and business needs. While no product is perfect, we have a dedicated account management team that is there to address our concerns and help us take our experience to the next level. The personal attention and ability to learn our business really sets this company apart.

French, happy to have found a nice partner for recurring payments by Stripe, with a free plan (but they also win), I select this plan to register, I enter my data, but in fact we are redirected to something to show us a demo, adapted to our bunsiness, and get us called back. Personally I come to open my account, it is not so that after that one tells me and well no, it is a demo that we give you and we will see later for the account. A fake registration page.
