Absolutely good Scalable, clear, updating quite regularly. Support is not bad if you are an IT professional. Many options and never had a bug on their side in 2 years.

Disillusionment... French, happy to have found a nice partner for recurring payments by Stripe, with a free plan (but they also win), I select this plan to register, I enter my data, but in fact we are redirected to something to show us a demo, adapted to our bunsiness, and get us called back. Personally I come to open my account, it is not so that after that one tells me and well no, it is a demo that we give you and we will see later for the account. A fake registration page. Works great for our SaaS business We've used Chargebee for our SaaS business for 5+ years and the service and support has been excellent. It's probably the service I'm most satisfied with out of all the ones we use.

Good product with few issues but easily… Good product with few issues but easily manageable BUT Customer Support is appalling and almost unnecessary to reach out to them as they can't do anything to help. Wish they care about existing customers as they do for new leads.
