Excellent service from my experience... Wow, its shocking to see how these many bad reviews for this amazing company, not sure if I'm using the same chargebee as they are! My experience with them for last 3 years has been nothing but amazing. They have always provided amazing customer support and the sheer amount of features they are providing puts other similar services to shame.

Works great for our SaaS business We've used Chargebee for our SaaS business for 5+ years and the service and support has been excellent. It's probably the service I'm most satisfied with out of all the ones we use.

Excellent Product and Team! Chargebee is the best way to start taking subscription payments online. It is extremely fast and easy to set up. Their support team is incredible should you do need help with anything. It's also brilliant at managing all relevant documentation (invoices, etc.), email notifications to all parties, and tax.

Waste of time: Overpriced, intransparent and empty promises You have to book an appointment with them and immediately the upselling starts. I was promised "assessment of my requirements" and "immediate follow-up". 2 weeks later: radio silence. This is just a VERY POOR customer experience. It’s an already overpriced product, the pricing is intransparent, the onboarding cumbersome. They make big promises on the phone with zero to show for. I sent a complaint via email about the lack of following up with me and they did not even bother to answer. Better go with a company that cares.

Disillusionment... French, happy to have found a nice partner for recurring payments by Stripe, with a free plan (but they also win), I select this plan to register, I enter my data, but in fact we are redirected to something to show us a demo, adapted to our bunsiness, and get us called back. Personally I come to open my account, it is not so that after that one tells me and well no, it is a demo that we give you and we will see later for the account. A fake registration page.
