Excellent service from my experience... Wow, its shocking to see how these many bad reviews for this amazing company, not sure if I'm using the same chargebee as they are! My experience with them for last 3 years has been nothing but amazing. They have always provided amazing customer support and the sheer amount of features they are providing puts other similar services to shame.

Great Service I've been using this service for several months now and everything is super easy to understand and I haven't had any issues. It's been so helpful in getting my subscription newsletter off the ground.

Fair product, horrible customer service The product is good, but available only in limited languages. The "customer success team" however is horrible. Their only interest seems to be their bonus for new revenue, and once they have tricked you into paying more than you should you hear nothing from them.

Absolutely good Scalable, clear, updating quite regularly. Support is not bad if you are an IT professional. Many options and never had a bug on their side in 2 years.
