Personally I come to open my account, it is not so that after that one tells me and well no, it is a demo that we give you and we will see later for the account. A fake registration page. Great Service I've been using this service for several months now and everything is super easy to understand and I haven't had any issues. It's been so helpful in getting my subscription newsletter off the ground.

Waste of time: Overpriced, intransparent and empty promises You have to book an appointment with them and immediately the upselling starts. I was promised "assessment of my requirements" and "immediate follow-up". 2 weeks later: radio silence. This is just a VERY POOR customer experience. It’s an already overpriced product, the pricing is intransparent, the onboarding cumbersome. They make big promises on the phone with zero to show for. I sent a complaint via email about the lack of following up with me and they did not even bother to answer. Better go with a company that cares.

Works great for our SaaS business We've used Chargebee for our SaaS business for 5+ years and the service and support has been excellent. It's probably the service I'm most satisfied with out of all the ones we use.
