GBDecided to return Decided to return, convoluted returns process. They sent a link to print returns confirmation that doesn't work, said would send a returns label which has never arrived. Have emailed support numerous times with no response. Avoid!!!

IEPackage routed to another country. I did not put 5 start because my package was accidentally routed to another country. The good things is that the support service was able to track my package and re route it to the right destination. A month will pass and still do not have my package with me.

GBWorst customer service. Read the review written by Takmen. I’m having exactly the same issue. Was told that order can’t be cancelled even though I attempted to cancel a day after ordering. Apparently it had been marked as shipped but wasn’t shipped until 4 days later. So I had to wait for item to arrive and compete online return form. Still waiting for a returns label which was promised over a week ago. Didn’t receive the label and emails seem to be ignored.
