GBThe controler requires improvements. I purchased the Backbone One 2nd Gen from Amazon for my S24 Ultra, and it has proven to be efficient. The application for $40 per month is beneficial in connecting through preferred games on Xbox One X and Steam, as well as the Geforce Now app. Additionally, the controller possesses its effectiveness, although it will not function properly on a PC or tablet when connected via USB C.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service, try to contact regarding refund. No response sent numerous emails, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, Twitter messages and no response return was accepted via their automated portal online. Democracy shipping label constantly emailed the support email where it says to get a shipping label. But no response been waiting 4 weeks now for a response. Still in can't get refund. Stay clear of this company. Yeah, very, very poor customer service do not use.

GBstill waiting on my returns label No response from customer services I’ accidentally ordered the wrong item, I bought another one so I could give it to my brother, as they said I could get a refund on the one I don’t need, still waiting for my returns label, they aren'y reply to any emails or messages on social media, what an absolute joke!! its unused and still in the box I just want my money back

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have read multiple good reviews before ordering direct from backbone website. Big mistake. Customer service is basically non existent. ordered months ago, have yet to recieve it. The mail carrier (USPS) has yet to receive product to even ship to me. Like I said customer service is horrible, no replies from emails the number they have stated on website is some person in oregon(who, understandable, is angry at all the calls from backbone customers). Covid is not a valid excuse anymore. There is absolutely no exuse at all, for complete silence on their end. Until they do better, Backbone is a horrible company.
