Package routed to another country. I did not put 5 start because my package was accidentally routed to another country. The good things is that the support service was able to track my package and re route it to the right destination. A month will pass and still do not have my package with me.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have read multiple good reviews before ordering direct from backbone website. Big mistake. Customer service is basically non existent. ordered months ago, have yet to recieve it. The mail carrier (USPS) has yet to receive product to even ship to me. Like I said customer service is horrible, no replies from emails the number they have stated on website is some person in oregon(who, understandable, is angry at all the calls from backbone customers). Covid is not a valid excuse anymore. There is absolutely no exuse at all, for complete silence on their end. Until they do better, Backbone is a horrible company.

still waiting on my returns label No response from customer services I’ accidentally ordered the wrong item, I bought another one so I could give it to my brother, as they said I could get a refund on the one I don’t need, still waiting for my returns label, they aren'y reply to any emails or messages on social media, what an absolute joke!! its unused and still in the box I just want my money back
