Backbone One. Exceeded all my expectations! Backbone One has exceeded my expectations. It feels and handles exactly like the best console controllers. There's no lag, it's super responsive, and the functionality and feel of the buttons is perfect. The backbone app interface is super simple and connects to all my xbox, ps5, and apple arcade games with ease. In some ways it's also made just dropping into games for short periods of time anywhere in my house, or anywhere I go, really easy. i love that about it. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ordered in 09.01 Ordered in 09.01. Still no shipping (12 days later). They have stated a delivery time of 4-7 days at the time of purchase. I am extremely frustrated and advise everyone not to order the controller directly from the manufacturer.This is simply not up to date and the company seems to be dubious.

Bought this item as a test... Bought this item as a test against the Razer Kishi I bought over a year ago, love that thing by the way, and it holds no ground. Comparing the 2, Backbone has defects and issues amongst many other things, as well as comfortablility. The money spent on it wasn't worth the price. It would be better off as a dollar store item, if I'm being honest. The Razer Kishi has held up and has continued to amaze me since buying it. No issues and customer support is always there. I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever. If you're looking for something worth the price like this, go to Razer, not some new-found item that wants to try and mimic it.

Long delivery time, worth the wait, Ordering direct from backbone was a slower delivery process than usual. It took 9 days from ordering to delivery. In this day and age of Amazon prime, and online commerce - that feels way too long, especially for a tech product. The product however is 5 stars. Absolutely love my backbone.

Package routed to another country. I did not put 5 start because my package was accidentally routed to another country. The good things is that the support service was able to track my package and re route it to the right destination. A month will pass and still do not have my package with me.
