GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have read multiple good reviews before ordering direct from backbone website. Big mistake. Customer service is basically non existent. ordered months ago, have yet to recieve it. The mail carrier (USPS) has yet to receive product to even ship to me. Like I said customer service is horrible, no replies from emails the number they have stated on website is some person in oregon(who, understandable, is angry at all the calls from backbone customers). Covid is not a valid excuse anymore. There is absolutely no exuse at all, for complete silence on their end. Until they do better, Backbone is a horrible company.

GBBackbone One. Exceeded all my expectations! Backbone One has exceeded my expectations. It feels and handles exactly like the best console controllers. There's no lag, it's super responsive, and the functionality and feel of the buttons is perfect. The backbone app interface is super simple and connects to all my xbox, ps5, and apple arcade games with ease. In some ways it's also made just dropping into games for short periods of time anywhere in my house, or anywhere I go, really easy. i love that about it. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

BRQuality and agility on issues My backbone controller stopped working the left side buttons, the contact center took lesse than a week to send me a new controller. I do recommend them.

GBDecided to return Decided to return, convoluted returns process. They sent a link to print returns confirmation that doesn't work, said would send a returns label which has never arrived. Have emailed support numerous times with no response. Avoid!!!

GBAwesome support despite a third arty… Awesome support despite a third arty purchase resulting in no available warranty they still managed to replace my device for me
