GBstill waiting on my returns label No response from customer services I’ accidentally ordered the wrong item, I bought another one so I could give it to my brother, as they said I could get a refund on the one I don’t need, still waiting for my returns label, they aren'y reply to any emails or messages on social media, what an absolute joke!! its unused and still in the box I just want my money back

BRQuality and agility on issues My backbone controller stopped working the left side buttons, the contact center took lesse than a week to send me a new controller. I do recommend them.

IEPackage routed to another country. I did not put 5 start because my package was accidentally routed to another country. The good things is that the support service was able to track my package and re route it to the right destination. A month will pass and still do not have my package with me.
