GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have read multiple good reviews before ordering direct from backbone website. Big mistake. Customer service is basically non existent. ordered months ago, have yet to recieve it. The mail carrier (USPS) has yet to receive product to even ship to me. Like I said customer service is horrible, no replies from emails the number they have stated on website is some person in oregon(who, understandable, is angry at all the calls from backbone customers). Covid is not a valid excuse anymore. There is absolutely no exuse at all, for complete silence on their end. Until they do better, Backbone is a horrible company.

IEPackage routed to another country. I did not put 5 start because my package was accidentally routed to another country. The good things is that the support service was able to track my package and re route it to the right destination. A month will pass and still do not have my package with me.

GBDecided to return Decided to return, convoluted returns process. They sent a link to print returns confirmation that doesn't work, said would send a returns label which has never arrived. Have emailed support numerous times with no response. Avoid!!!
