GBBackbone One 2nd Gen's Firmware Can't Be Update on Apple iPhone The reason why I scored one star for the Backbone One 2nd Gen (and it was going to be a lower score.!!!) is becuse the firmware can't be updated on my iPhone 15 Pro Max or any Apple iPhone for that matter.. it's 2024 and not being able to update the controller's software to work corectly or at all..!!! on my Apple iPhone is somewhat rediculous now..!!!

GBBackbone One. Exceeded all my expectations! Backbone One has exceeded my expectations. It feels and handles exactly like the best console controllers. There's no lag, it's super responsive, and the functionality and feel of the buttons is perfect. The backbone app interface is super simple and connects to all my xbox, ps5, and apple arcade games with ease. In some ways it's also made just dropping into games for short periods of time anywhere in my house, or anywhere I go, really easy. i love that about it. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service, try to contact regarding refund. No response sent numerous emails, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, Twitter messages and no response return was accepted via their automated portal online. Democracy shipping label constantly emailed the support email where it says to get a shipping label. But no response been waiting 4 weeks now for a response. Still in can't get refund. Stay clear of this company. Yeah, very, very poor customer service do not use.

GBTerrible customer service, too slow or not responding, can't get refund It took a full week for an order to arrive. Seeing how long it was taking (Amazon UK had the same price and next day delivery) I tried to get more details about when it will arrive from customer service, they didn't get back to me with any updates. Then I tried to cancel the order next day, they got back to me 8 hours later with a no. I asked for a return after receiving the product and it's been another week and they still haven't sent me shipment barcode, so I can't send it back. At this point, they are either ignoring me or being extremely slow, I assume I will never be able to get my money back and I didn't even open the box! Terrible customer service, just buy it from a third party seller, never shop directly with them.
