GBBought this item as a test... Bought this item as a test against the Razer Kishi I bought over a year ago, love that thing by the way, and it holds no ground. Comparing the 2, Backbone has defects and issues amongst many other things, as well as comfortablility. The money spent on it wasn't worth the price. It would be better off as a dollar store item, if I'm being honest. The Razer Kishi has held up and has continued to amaze me since buying it. No issues and customer support is always there. I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever. If you're looking for something worth the price like this, go to Razer, not some new-found item that wants to try and mimic it.

GBBackbone One 2nd Gen's Firmware Can't Be Update on Apple iPhone The reason why I scored one star for the Backbone One 2nd Gen (and it was going to be a lower score.!!!) is becuse the firmware can't be updated on my iPhone 15 Pro Max or any Apple iPhone for that matter.. it's 2024 and not being able to update the controller's software to work corectly or at all..!!! on my Apple iPhone is somewhat rediculous now..!!!

GBWorst customer service. Read the review written by Takmen. I’m having exactly the same issue. Was told that order can’t be cancelled even though I attempted to cancel a day after ordering. Apparently it had been marked as shipped but wasn’t shipped until 4 days later. So I had to wait for item to arrive and compete online return form. Still waiting for a returns label which was promised over a week ago. Didn’t receive the label and emails seem to be ignored.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have read multiple good reviews before ordering direct from backbone website. Big mistake. Customer service is basically non existent. ordered months ago, have yet to recieve it. The mail carrier (USPS) has yet to receive product to even ship to me. Like I said customer service is horrible, no replies from emails the number they have stated on website is some person in oregon(who, understandable, is angry at all the calls from backbone customers). Covid is not a valid excuse anymore. There is absolutely no exuse at all, for complete silence on their end. Until they do better, Backbone is a horrible company.

GBTerrible customer service, too slow or not responding, can't get refund It took a full week for an order to arrive. Seeing how long it was taking (Amazon UK had the same price and next day delivery) I tried to get more details about when it will arrive from customer service, they didn't get back to me with any updates. Then I tried to cancel the order next day, they got back to me 8 hours later with a no. I asked for a return after receiving the product and it's been another week and they still haven't sent me shipment barcode, so I can't send it back. At this point, they are either ignoring me or being extremely slow, I assume I will never be able to get my money back and I didn't even open the box! Terrible customer service, just buy it from a third party seller, never shop directly with them.
