In this day and age of Amazon prime, and online commerce - that feels way too long, especially for a tech product. The product however is 5 stars. Absolutely love my backbone.

The controler requires improvements. I purchased the Backbone One 2nd Gen from Amazon for my S24 Ultra, and it has proven to be efficient. The application for $40 per month is beneficial in connecting through preferred games on Xbox One X and Steam, as well as the Geforce Now app. Additionally, the controller possesses its effectiveness, although it will not function properly on a PC or tablet when connected via USB C.
