Reached out to their payment provider 2CheckOut and they said they cannot do anything about getting refunded unless Hostyd responds...So basically, there is nothing I can do about this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! **** Continue to be billed after service cancellation. I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold! Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag. When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.

AEI have moved my site from different to… I have moved my site from different to Hostyd but all the sites suddenly has 403 error. It is been an hour and i did not get any response. They have to work on their support part else everything is fine.
