I am with hostyd since 2015 I am with hostyd since 2015, and didn't face any issues so far. The technical support is quite experience and fast. I don't know how they manage in such short time. Overall good experience, I recommended hostyd. Thanks.

I needed to move the online store… I needed to move the online store because the old server was not able to handle more users. I chose an ultra plan recommended by HostYD and now the store goes much faster.

I have been to other hosting providers… I have been to other hosting providers but HostYD does not match any other hosting, with an average plan, very stable, fast communication, no problems. I recommend it 101%

Continue to be billed after service… UPDATE: Still being billed. Reached out to their payment provider 2CheckOut and they said they cannot do anything about getting refunded unless Hostyd responds...So basically, there is nothing I can do about this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! **** Continue to be billed after service cancellation. I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold! Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag. When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.
