NGNo support from hostyd.org for more than a month I recently purchase a domain and hosting using hostyd.org, it's been up to a month now i have not been able to receive 1 support from them, their online chat support system doesn't even come up, nothing is working and no one is there to respond, This is the worst hosting site I have used. I'm guessing the owner of the company is dead and no one has access to the site admin. Thinking about it. No support for customer for more than two months? that's crazy

PKIMPROVE AND FAST CLOUD SERVICE I've been using Hostyd.org cloud services for some time now and I'm incredibly impressed by the quick support, fast service, and uptime that they provide. It's been a great experience so far and I'm confident that it will remain the same in the future. Highly recommend this service!

BEContinue to be billed after service… UPDATE: Still being billed. Reached out to their payment provider 2CheckOut and they said they cannot do anything about getting refunded unless Hostyd responds...So basically, there is nothing I can do about this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! **** Continue to be billed after service cancellation. I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold! Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag. When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.

INWorst non responsive hosting ever. Worst hosting ever. I've requested a refund of $39 but they stopped responding and asked me to contact the payment processor instead. Even after doing that they aren't responding to any of my support tickets.
