GBThe recent private equity acquisition … The recent private equity acquisition of NING is the best thing that has happened to it in the 9 years that I have been using the platform. It has begun to inject confidence into their creators. The integration with creators in the help forum and the live-online help are awesome and great beginnings. But, because the the previous NING leadership was so negligent, they need to do more. I recently filed a ticket because my search function wasn't working and it took 2 weeks to get a resolution- that's not good enough. They also need to address the following for 2.0 and 3.0, and do it quickly. 1. Better monetization of the mobile version. This is 40% of our traffic and I can't put any ads in front of these users. 2. Third-party creativity. They need to make the site easily modifiable so creators can implement 3rd party apps and tools. 3. Reliable emailing tools - Why should I need to get Constant Contact? 4. New Templates

GBAbsolutely the BEST customer service… Absolutely the BEST customer service I've experienced. The network is perfect for our needs and was easy to setup and very user-friendly. As we encounter questions or need to make adjustments, our customer care agent, Dmitry is so responsive and helpful. We have tried other platforms and none even come close to the expert functionality, visual appeal and customer care of Ning. GBSo far the response rate has been very … So far the response rate has been very good since you guys took over. However you are making promises you aren't keeping. You told us Ning 2.0 was going to get a makeover and a new chat, and instead my network has experienced lag and a broken old chat for about a week. I'd like a little more clarity and transparency as to how you will be proceeding with us. Otherwise you are doing a much better job than the previous owners.

GBDo not waste your time and money I signed up for a free trial that said there was a monthly charge and when my free trial was up they hit me with a $300 annual fee. I contacted them immediately because I wouldn’t have signed up for it unless it was monthly and then said they would switch it to a monthly and give me $270 toward my future months which doesn’t make any sense. I finally said I just wanted to cancel so they said they would switch it to a monthly and refund me the $270. I thought about it more and reconnected them and told them I just wanted to cancel the service altogether and to give me a refund. They placed me on hold (in a chat) for more than 20 minutes. I finally said, are you still there? And they said yea, sorry for the wait, okay we will cance it. It took days to get the money back and it overdrafted my account multiple times. They only gave me $270 back and when I went back again to get the other $30 they flat-out refused. This company is obviously sketchy and the other reviews I’ve heard about them suck a well. Don’t waste your time or money.

The company tried to have this review removed from Trustpilot but proof was provided that this review is genuine and accurate. See the review below by Charles Knox-Vydmanov titled "Stole my money" as he also experienced the same problem with this company. And to find an additional large number of complaints about fraudulent charging, simply Google "ning interactive credit card". This shows many people also reporting fraudulent credit card charges.
