Ning is back Ning is back! It is night and day since Ning was taken over by the new company. Tickets are answered and improvements are being made. They basically picked up where the the old Ning left off and are continuing forward. They are even answering questions in the forums again. A lot of people rely on the new Ning and I feel confident going forward with them.

As we encounter questions or need to make adjustments, our customer care agent, Dmitry is so responsive and helpful. We have tried other platforms and none even come close to the expert functionality, visual appeal and customer care of Ning. Ning- Broken and Dying... Just about to cancel my remaining two sites with NING. Ning are now a faint shadow of what they were back in 2011/12 when I joined - a dynamic, cando operation that was totally professional. Today they are a broken, tired operation just limping along on past glories and clients subscriptions who are too lazy to change from them to much better, cheaper alternatives. E.G: Their links on the bottom of their site don't even work now - Resource not found! (??) What sort of operation is this. Sayonara Ning. You were once great - but now - broken and dying.

I've been using ning for a very long … I've been using ning for a very long time already and can't count how much time it saved me up to now. There're few uncomfortable things in it but in comparison with its previous version they're totally irrelevant.
