GBStole my money I signed up to Ning a few years ago and subsequently cancelled my subscription, something I have in writing. However, for the next two years they proceeded to take payment from me without my knowledge. I wrote to them asking for them to refund the payment, but they have refused to do so. So they've effectively stole more than £300 from me. This doesn't seem like a company you can trust to treat you fairly.

RUI've been using ning for a very long … I've been using ning for a very long time already and can't count how much time it saved me up to now. There're few uncomfortable things in it but in comparison with its previous version they're totally irrelevant.

GBNing is back Ning is back! It is night and day since Ning was taken over by the new company. Tickets are answered and improvements are being made. They basically picked up where the the old Ning left off and are continuing forward. They are even answering questions in the forums again. A lot of people rely on the new Ning and I feel confident going forward with them.

You told us Ning 2.0 was going to get a makeover and a new chat, and instead my network has experienced lag and a broken old chat for about a week. I'd like a little more clarity and transparency as to how you will be proceeding with us. Otherwise you are doing a much better job than the previous owners.

Pleasantly pleased me with polite and responsible staff, all explained and helped. They made me soc. network in about a month, which could not surprise me. And the cost of the service was not at all expensive. Thank you very much helped.
