Ning got new life after this recent … Ning got new life after this recent ownership took over. They communicate in a reasonable feature and seem more knowledgeable. I have seen features get nice overhauls as well as long awaited features being released that had been promised for years. I love this newfound energy and don't want this feeling to stop.

I called to cancel and the lady who was assisting me gave me a hassle with the cancellation. She kept telling me that my reason was not good enough. She went on with telling me how she understands I want to cancel but she needed more specifics and my explanation didn't suffice. I felt haggled and should have never been on the phone for 15 minutes begging for my trial to be cancelled. They lost my trust in doing business with them. I understand trying to keep a customer but you should know where to draw the line and say thank you.

You told us Ning 2.0 was going to get a makeover and a new chat, and instead my network has experienced lag and a broken old chat for about a week. I'd like a little more clarity and transparency as to how you will be proceeding with us. Otherwise you are doing a much better job than the previous owners.

As we encounter questions or need to make adjustments, our customer care agent, Dmitry is so responsive and helpful. We have tried other platforms and none even come close to the expert functionality, visual appeal and customer care of Ning.
