After paying for everything I decided to go on the internet and check their reviews. Most of them were negative and that made me stressed out almost every single day waiting for my package. It took them about a week to get everything ready and another five days to deliver it to my place. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. Skepticle I have to admit, I was a little Skepticle after reading so many bad reviews on this site. I was ready to order from Amazon.com until I realized that skateamerica was one of Amazons fulfillment partners. So I decided to buy direct from skateamerica.com. Worst experience Ordered a deck and parts for my girlfriends birthday. They sent me the complete wrong deck, then hassled me and requested I "verify" that they screwed up. No apology, no owning their mistake, acted like they were doing me a favor by offering to pay return shipping on their mistake. Turns out they did not even have the deck in stock when I ordered it. Dealing with their customer service has been a complete headache. I would rather lose out on the $120 than to have to keep talking with their customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
